We would remind you that jointed middle units of the hulls of all three tugs are at the shipbuilding site, where they are formed in strength hull. We inform you about the progress of the vessels’ construction for the last two weeks:
The first vessel of the project (manufacturing order 10003):
Assembly of unit No.22 (navigation room) has been finished. Unit No.13 (superstructure) has been laid. Fitter equipment is being installed, and preparation for insulation works is being carried out. There has been started production of fender bar parts.
The second vessel of the project (manufacturing order 10004):
At the shipyard there has been completed assembly of unit No.4 (fore edge); it is being prepared for installation on berth. Production of assemblies is being finished for unit No.22 (navigation room). There has been laid unit No.10 (aft unit). Production of assemblies for unit No.13 (superstructure) is being completed.
The third vessel of the project (manufacturing order 10005):
Unit No.4 (fore edge) is being assembled on berth. Unit No.10 (aft unit) is being prepared for mounting. Production of assemblies of unit No.13 (superstructure) is at the final stage.
The tugs of 121 project designed by the domestic design organization “Sudokomposit” are modern vessels intended for navigation on inland waterways of Ukraine, their technical and construction characteristics take into account peculiarities of Ukrainian rivers. These vessels correspond to the EU environmental legislation.
