Pace of construction is impressive. In particular, five Mykolayiv contracting organizations out of seven newly arrived ones work at the construction site. NIBULON is waiting for several new partners next week. Each contractor has its own work schedule. Everybody is interested in performing works according to schedule and without delay.
NIBULON pays particular attention to the arrangement of living conditions for construction workers. The company provided smoking areas, toilet facilities, dust holes, hot beverage and food sales points.
According to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, the Internet connection has been installed. In order to create peculiar comfort at the facility, the company will install loudspeakers for announcements and music.
The company will put into operation a transformer substation next week. All construction works will have been completed by this time. There remains only equipment to be installed by the specialists.
NIBULON’s own modern machinery helps to construct the terminal. In particular, it took a Volvo EC 700 CL hydraulic excavator a couple of days to dig out the foundation of the old elevator destroyed during the Second World War.
The specialists will have achieved the following construction progress by April 15-16.
1. TavriayMonolitBud Ltd will have construct floors and mounted ceilings for the ground floor of the laboratory and administrative building. The company will start constructing walls of the first floor.
2. Builders from Astarta Mlynelevatorbud Ltd will have constructed a concrete bottom and half of a concrete hydraulic seal for a future truck-tipper.
3. Transvit private enterprise will have constructed a monolithic areaway of the grain cleaning headhouse.
4.SMU-21 Ltd. will have built walls of the mechanical workshop, arranged areaways, and prepared floor.
5. Specialists from Ukrdobrobut Construction Company will have performed the first reinforcing cage of the grain storage.
6. DI KOR-BUD Ltd. will have performed blinding of the foundation grill and reinforced the cafeteria’s frame.
Please note that the company uses modern techniques and equipment when constructing the facility.
Thus, NIBULON will install modernized МС 3180 grain dryers of 75 tons per hour produced by Mathews Company. The company will also use transport equipment produced by CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S (Denmark), and Symaga (Spain) will supply silo equipment, Buhler (Germany) – grain cleaning equipment.
NIBULON plans to put the terminal into operation on June 15. And on June 25, the newly build facility will start receiving early grain crops.
The company will ship the first batch of grain crops to its main export terminal in Mykolayiv in the first decade of July.
The terminal will receive agricultural commodities from the northern and central parts of Mykolayiv region as well as the southern part of Kirovograd region.
