President of UUME Anatoliy Kinakh, President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine Gennadiy Chyzhykov, Head of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Leonid Kozachenko, businessmen, scientists, and experts participated in the meeting.    
During the meeting the participants discussed problems and opportunities of Ukraine’s business in modern social and economic conditions.
Besides, the participants were read out official greetings on the occasion of Ukraine’s Entrepreneur Day from President of Ukraine, Prime Minister and Head of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The businessmen were also presented with Honorary Diplomas in the name of UUME, Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Verkhovna Rada Committee on Entrepreneurship Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy.
Leonid Mykhaylov, a head of department of metrology and automated systems of weight measurement, represented NIBULON at the meeting. Oleksandra Kuzhel, a head of the Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy, presented our colleague with the Honorary Diploma having noted his professionalism and civil position.
“For personal significant contribution to Ukraine’s economy – the country that opposes Russian military aggression; for civil courage, patriotism, support of Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers who fight for the country’s independence and defend European democratic way of development and on the occasion of Ukraine’s Entrepreneur Day”, says a salutatory speech.
The department of metrology and automated systems of weight measurement is quite a young one created in 2011 to ensure accurate data during operation of measuring, laboratory and weight equipment at the company. As of August 01, 2014, at the company there are used 4 850 units of measuring equipment which accuracy is ensured by this structural department.
Since its creation the department has achieved considerable successes. This makes it possible not only to carry out production tasks but also to successfully implement new technologies, to modernize the existing facilities and to efficiently use all opportunities to achieve high profitability and effectiveness. In particular, at the company there is used a method to reduce indices of weight discrepancy during cargo transportation by motor, railway and water transport achieved by centralized calibration and automated control over condition of measuring equipment (truck, railway, hopper scales and laboratory equipment).
The department has implemented a new way of development – draft survey. This enabled to hasten and improve vessel loading process at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal.
Creation of friendly like-minded team who cooperates in this direction is a peculiarity of the structural division and NIBULON in whole.
