The largest agricultural company of Ukraine – “NIBULON” started early crops harvesting, especially winter barley, timely, organized and well prepared, with the best agricultural equipment. According to the journalists on-the-scene, harvesting campaign in “NIBULON” was started consistently and on a large scale almost simultaneously in all branches of the company in Mykolayiv region. As of today, branches of “NIBULON” demonstrate high performance productivity and quality of agricultural products. Director of “Snigurivs’ka” branch of “NIBULON” Yuriy Moroz is confident that his branch would result in even higher yields than last year, despite the lack of precipitation. He said: “The current harvesting is traditionally held in a timely and orderly manner. We have reliance upona good yield – now we are gathering in the winter barley, the average yield compiles 38 dt /ha, I am sure yield of wheat will be higher. Traditionally, we have planted​​ early grain group on more than half area. This year, our grain gore is 1840 ha of winter wheat and 780 ha of winter barley. Yuriy Moroz stressed that the branch is fully provided with modern equipment for the entire range of field works, he particularly noted the role and importance of the team, which consists of the farmers, combiners, agronomists, livestock specialists and other workers, during timely and efficient harvesting. “Of course, any job can not be done without good performers. When it comes to innings, then this factor is even more convincing. That is why I’m proud of my team, I’m grateful to the people who surround me. In addition, we do our best to create all the necessary human comfortable conditions for them – both for work (new equipment, the latest one), and living conditions. We have established good utility rooms with shower, refrigerator and air-conditioning, which means that each worker feels homey,” – said Yuriy Moroz. In his turn, the tractor-driver of “Snigurivs’ka” branch of “NIBULON” Stanyslav Khomko said: “The impressions are excellent, the weather allows you to work, every minute is precious – our friendly team works unitedly, as expected. Equipment is new, it works excellent, without a hitch. Of course, it is simply a pleasure to work with this equipment.” “It is a holy cause to grow bread. We stand firmly on our feet and there aren’t any problems with the salary. It is always on time and at the highest level”, – stressed Stanyslav Khomko. The same situation is at 42 branches of “NIBULON”.  “NIBULON” emphasizes that these high results were achieved despite constant wrongful interference with its activities of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food that has blocked grain export for the company for almost 5 months. Law enforcement and regulatory authorities wanted to stop company’s work, their checkout proceduresare lasting till now. But workers of “NIBULON” mobilized and continue to work closely. They say they do not understand: The President forcefullydeclares about a fight against the corruption, about the agricultural development of the state, but at the local level officials act boldly on their own. All the farmers of the country know that they prevent “NIBULON”, and perform wrongful pressure on it. That is why “NIBULON” had even to suspend the acceptance and purchase of grain from agricultural producers, including grain of the new crop. In addition, the company could not export more than 120 thousand tons of own first class grain. As a consequence, this grain, unfortunately, was already an intermediate trace for the current marketing year. Also, “NIBULON” had to suspend large-scale investment program on the construction of new elevator terminals on the Southern Bug River. Overall this year, “NIBULON” will increase the area of ​​harvest of early crops by 14%, compared with 2010. This season the company will conduct a grain harvesting at 29.9 thousand ha of land, including 21.7 thousand ha of wheat, 3.8 thousand ha of winter barley, 2.1 thousand ha of winter rye and triticale, 1.15 thousand ha of winter rape, 1.1 thousand ha of spring barley. “NIBULON” plans to receive gross yield of early grain crops of up to 120 thousand tons, including high-quality wheat of the 1st and 2nd class only. Specialists of “NIBULON” plan to use 53 units of harvesting machinery, more than 200 units of own and borrowed mechanic transport and about 30 units of tractors and disk equipment for winter crops land preparation during the harvesting. Movement of machinery from the north-eastern branches to concentrate it in the branches of Mykolayiv region is already completed. Provided that“NIBULON” continues to implement the shipbuilding investment program – currently six tugs are being constructed.
