NIBULON has developed its business honestly, transparently and in compliance with the law for 28 years. We are a successful company that enjoys high levels of confidence from first-class European banks, foreign financial institutions and partners. NIBULON works with many international financial institutions, such as the EBRD, EIB, IFC, and leading western banks.
Aiming to invest loans obtained from first-class western banks into Ukraine’s economy on equal terms with transnational companies and having an individual license of the National Bank of Ukraine to invest abroad, we established our subsidiary in the Netherlands in 2004 and in Switzerland 2 years later.  Thus, NIBULON is the owner of only two non-resident entities. They were established in compliance with the respective legislations of Ukraine, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
The company does not possess any other non-resident entities and especially not NIBULON Ltd. (ООО “НИБУЛОН”, state registration No. 1165050052848, Russian Federation (the name of the organization is in Russian and its link to Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/Нибулон-106316034063279/).
NIBULON’s subsidiaries also do not own any Russian entities, especially not the above-mentioned NIBULON Ltd. (ООО “НИБУЛОН”).
Our company does not plan to establish facilities in any other country other than in Egypt, which we informed you about earlier.
Thus, the situation looks like an attempt to discredit NIBULON and its General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy.  We would remind you that last year Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and NIBULON were included in the sanctions lists of individuals and legal entities against which special economic measures have been introduced by the Russian state authorities. NIBULON has had no trade relations with companies in Russia or the post-Soviet states since the mid-1990s.
