For example, in order to reduce traffic load on highways and to preserve road surface, NIBULON has been successfully implementing its investment project to revive Ukrainian rivers as main traffic arteries. Due to this project, the company transports more than 1.5 million tons of grain crops by water annually, which represents the same volume as would be carried by more than 47,000 trucks per year.  
Being socially responsible, NIBULON invests funds annually in order to repair road surface. In particular, the company plans to spend almost UAH 8.3 million for these purposes.
NIBULON allocates funds to renovate highways in the regions of its operation. NIBULON has already conducted repair works in the settlements where its production branches are located, namely in Poltava region (“Kremenchuts’ka” and “Artemivs’ka” branches), Zhytomyr (“Teteriv” branch), Kyiv (“Pereyaslavs’ka” and “Denyhivs’ka” branches), Mykolayiv (“Novoodes’ka” branch), Kherson (“Kozats’ka” branch and Otradokamyanka village), Khmelnytskyy (“Smotrych” branch) and Cherkasy regions (“Zolotonis’ka” and “Vitove” branches).
In certain cases, NIBULON allocated funds for road construction, for example, in Kozatske village (Kherson region). One of its streets with the length of 700 m had practically no road surface.
At present the company is repairing an access road to “Zolotonis’ka” branch in Cherkasy region. NIBULON is repairing asphalt pavement outside Maryanivka and Artemivka villages in Poltava region. The works are planned to be completed in September 2015. NIBULON plans to repair road surface from reinforced concrete plates at the entrance to “Artemivs’ka” branch.
We should mention the project to lay new concrete pavement instead of asphalt one in Kulazhyntsi village (Grebinkivka district, Poltava region). The company has not been able to obtain a permit for this activity for almost a month because of the delay caused by the State Road Agency of Ukraine and Poltava Regional Road Agency of Ukraine. Recently, the State Road Agency of Ukraine has approved a road scheme at the technical panel, and Poltava Regional Road Agency of Ukraine has provided NIBULON with a permit. At present the company is performing works that will last till October 2015 inclusive. The works will be performed on the area of 10,800 m² with the total cost of UAH 5 million.
We would remind you that in 2015, NIBULON initiated and coordinated with the local authorities road repair in the following Mykolayiv streets: along Chygryna Str. – from Pushkinska Str to Korabely Lane, along Korabely Lane – from Chygryna Str. to Novoselska Str., along Novoselska Str. – from Korabely Lane to Sudnobudivelnyk Lane, along Korabely Lane – to Kabotazhnyy Spusk and Industrialna Str.).
Consequently, NIBULON confidently implements socially oriented European vector of development, as high-quality roads will positively influence the domestic economy.
