Students from Mykolayiv Faculty of Management and Business (Specialty “Tourism”) of Kyiv National University of Culture obtained a peculiar experience at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal.
If the transshipment terminal is the pride of NIBULON, then the production and technological laboratory is the pride of the transshipment terminal. It has no analogues in Ukraine. The most up-to-date equipment enables the laboratory to research agricultural commodities, to measure absolutely all grain indices, presence of GMO, toxic elements, mycotoxins, radionuclides and pesticides in food products.
Regardless of occupation, all the guests are sincerely impressed by the domes (grain storages) constructed according to the unique technology and by the complex to store grain. The students were told about automated cargo traffic management system. They observed loading and unloading operations at the terminal.
The guests familiarized themselves with NIBULON itself, its structure, activities and the company’s program to develop its own cargo fleet, to revive rivers as transport waterways of Ukraine.
The future travel managers were surprised at the terminal’s industrial design, bushes, flowers and the way the industrial landscape, where different vegetables for the terminal’s cafeteria are ripening under the summer sun, blends in with the ordinary city.
