During the working tripto Kamyanets’-Podil’s’kyy district the Head of Khmelnyts’k Regional State AdministrationVasyl’ Yaduha visited “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branch and “Smotrych” elevator of “NIBULON”.   The Head of the region visited the branch for the first time, our company was the first in the district that started harvesting, to see with his own eyes, how the well-known in Ukraine investor copes with everything here. The investor works with feeling, pays in time and no less than four percent for the shares, is trying to create maximum number of working places, revives farming, takes care of social sphere. The company came to the south of the region in 2007. Now “NIBULON” tills about 10 thousand hectares of land in the region.   “Two years ago there were trees on this field and during the whole winter they were uprooted, – Vasyl’ Yaduha said. – Land has not been tilled for 20 years. Fields in the district were carried to such a condition that 18 wolves were shot in this village during the season, she-wolf’s weight is 80 kg. There are 100 thousand hectares of the lands in the region that have already been put into production. Yield on the field is 30 dt / ha and it can not be received more. It will take another 2-3 years of work to return the land its fertile state, which it used to have”, – Vasyl’ Yaduha said.   He particularly pointed at industrial standards of “NIBULON” as an example and stressed that he requires all the heads of administrations to perform the same work as to the rational usage of the land: “Even if the land is tilled, but poorly, it should be excluded and transferred to those people who take care about it, and know how to do everything in order not to lose its natural fertility. These fields, where we are today, are one of examples of successful management. Here they work for the future.”   “In order to use new and modern equipment efficiently – deputy of Director General of “NIBULON” Olexandr Gayday says – every year our company begins harvesting from the South of Ukraine and gradually moves combine harvesters to the North. Here they are. In “NIBULON” this year’s harvesting is an anniversary one, the company is contemporary of our independent Ukraine. The 24th of August will be a double holiday for us. Triple holiday, because traditional reapings are held in August.”   Another topical issue during the harvesting campaign is quality of harvesting. So the head of the region personally drove “NIBULON’s” combine harvester, engaging himself in the harvesting of winter barley in “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branch. The same day, Vasyl’ Yaduha examined “NIBULON’s” fields with of soybean, corn and sunflower.   Within the frames of his working visit the Head of Khmelnyts’k Regional State Administrationvisited “Smotrych” elevator of “NIBULON”, in particular, familiarized himself with the lab’s work, talked with management and employees.   According to Vasyl’ Yaduha the enterprise is a standard for the Kamyanets’-Podil’s’k district.   He also stated that grain receiving enterprises of the region are one hundred percent ready to take in the new harvest, “Regional commission, which consists of representatives of bread and storage inspections, management of agriculture, veterinary service, 9 people altogether, assumed each elevator, which is within the territory of our country, under acts. Dryers, weighing stations, all the technologies and staff are ready. There are not any problems. Main thing is to harvest timely and accurately. The only request to the economic executives is not to delay. We must, as we see in “NIBULON”, harvest bread around the clock throughout the region. In the areas where the weather did not help us, cultivation area increased by 50 thousand hectares this year will help. It is expected to get two million tons of grain. As it was planned. In addition, we have to create own complete cycle – from growing to processing and sales, then we will be able to farm efficiently and provide social programs better,” – said Vasyl’ Yaduha.   The authority of the region is ready to assist in everything to such an investor, as a socially responsible “NIBULON”. It is even ready to fight for the company’s getting grain export quotas and solving other issues that got over “NIBULON” this year in Kiev. “We’ve solved even more complicated issues, – said Vasyl’ Yaduha. – For example, issues on realization of dairy products in St. Petersburg, there were many problems. We are ready to support everyone who works for people.”
