In two weeks’ time, the company plans to put into operation the first vessel – NBL-025 (10007 manufacturing order) that was launched on July 31, 2015. The shipbuilders are actively producing hatch covers (4 units per barge). They are preparing to assemble them and test together with a hatch cover drive.
In addition, NIBULON’s specialists will finish formation of the second vessel’s hull – NBL-026 (10008 manufacturing order). They have already formed the aft half-hull (units No. 1-6) and also fore half-hull (units No. 10-12). By the way, the shipbuilders formed the forebody in record time – within a week. They have also completed to mount deck equipment and install electric and fitter’s items.
Now the workers are assembling units No.7-9 on berth. The specialists are submitting compartments for approval, testing them for tightness and painting them. The shipbuilders are installing a hold coaming. The vessel will be launched at the end of September 2015. 
They continue assembling stern (unit No.1) of the third vessel (10009 manufacturing order).

We would remind you that the NBL-91 project barges are accompanied by a pusher tug. At present NIBULON has six tugs of POSS-115 project and three tugs of 121 project. They are designed for transportation of general and bulk cargoes placed in two holds.
