“Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” Branch Implements the Theory of Success in Practice

NIBULON’s “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branch located in Pryvorottya village (Kamyanka-Podilsk district of Khmelnytskyy region) celebrates its 6th anniversary since the day of its foundation.
Sergiy Bogachyk, the branch director, and also his employees tell about their branch noting reliability, devotion and professionalism of each other.
Oleksandr Margytych, a chief engineer, tells about the branch, “Our branch was established in 2007. Since the first days of its operation the branch has become a desired working place for many inhabitants of Kamyanets-Podilsk district, including neighbouring villages such as Pryvorottya, Dobrovillya, Podolyany, Adamivka, Shustivtsi and others. The district life has become more active. The branch introduced production discipline and NIBULON’s principles of activity, namely stable and official wage, social protectability, providing with fertilizers, seed grain, fuel and lubricating materials. Our credo is absence of negative mood and presence of positive mood and inspiration”.
Lyudmyla Haynatska, a cook, mentions the key features of the team, “I appreciate my colleagues for their help. Besides, our common feature is a hundred per cent devotion to work and if necessary a one hundred and twenty percent devotion! It is very important to achieve success. Every morning we have mini-meetings to assign tasks per day. We often spend leisure time together. We can fulfill ourselves here.
Viktor Gonshovskyy, an economist, describes his role, “An economist, as for me, is a conductor between production process and management. When analyzing, calculating and comparing, I help our director and specialists to make good decisions.  Besides, in the near future I plan to study agricultural production in detail in order to improve costs planning. Yevgeniy Diduk, a head of the analysis and planning department, is an example for me. I respect his calmness, steadiness, ability to make reasonable decisions”.
Viktor Statko, a chief vet, tells about diversified activities, “Since our branch was established, we have been developing new directions of our activities. Today we can be named multi-activity farm, as we are engaged in crop cultivation, gardening, vegetable growing, animal husbandry.  This differs us from other branches of the company. Thanks to support and trust of NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branch is developing by leaps and bounds, and during six years of operation we are known beyond our region”.
Mykola Spasyuk, a chief agronomist, tells about achievements,“Our branch constantly takes the leading positions in grain crop harvesting both among NIBULON’s branches and companies of the district. We have learnt to implement the theory of success in practice. In 2013 we have demonstrated maximal gross yield of corn (more than 18.4 thousand tons) and the highest crop capacity of winter rape seed (26.3 dt/ha) among NIBULON’s branches. Last year we demonstrated the highest gross yield of winter barley – 872.2 tons”.
Lyudmyla Yatsyshena, a chief economist, says, “Years of successful operation contributed to our recognition both in the company and among companies of the district and region. At present we have a lot of awards from Kamyanets-Podilsk District State Administration, District Council. Our director Sergiy Bogachyk was awarded an honorary diploma of the Main Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Khmelnytskyy Regional State Administration, a letter of gratitude of the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine”.
Sergiy Dubyna, a machine operator, describes his director, “Sergiy Bogachyk is a person with a capital P. He is a reasonable manager who is able to make the right decision and to solve complicated issues. Female part of the team notes his manners, and male part stresses his wisdom and confidence”.
Sergiy Bogachyk, the branch director, says, “Today steady job in Ukrainian village that gives prosperity and certainty is rarity. We are confident in future, as we receive wage, we have planned vacations, etc. We return qualitative and efficient work for humane and professional attitude on the part of NIBULON’s management!”
