“Khmil’nyk” Branch Promises to Keep Its Successful Pace

 «2000 has changed life in Shyroka Greblya village for better. NIBULON arrived to the village having brought its leading agrarian traditions and own social responsibility. The team immediately started to grow high-quality grain on 1400 ha of leased land (at present this figure has reached 3165 ha). The company is well-known in the region and district. Due to good relations with the neighbouring farms of the district, we share experience, borrow best practices, avoid typical mistakes. We are not afraid of experimenting (for example, cultivate new and different sorts) and implementing new technologies. Certainly, sometimes we failed, but it does not scare us”, mentions Igor Voitenko, a chief agronomist.
The branch regularly enters the top three leaders among the company’s branches in harvesting of winter barley and winter rapeseed, sunflower seed and corn. According to the final results of the harvesting campaign of early grain crops, in 2013 the branch took third place among companies of the Forest Steppe zone; according to the results of harvesting of late grain crops, it took second place in 2011 (having ensured maximum crop capacity of winter barley).
Svitlana Vasylivna, a head of the laboratory, “Cultivating grain crops is only half the work; the second half is to store grain. At our branch there is installed a МС‑119 grain drying complex (the USA); a grain-collecting station is equipped with modern laboratory equipment. The technological level of the branch makes it possible to render services to other companies, as high quality is NIBULON’s characteristic. Taking into consideration the correlation of work efficiency and product quality, we are one of the best and the most successful enterprises in the district”.
Grygoriy Sushko, a grain shipment operator, came to NIBULON after graduating from the university. He tells, “NIBULON makes everything possible for its employees, takes care of their comfort and social protectability; the company constantly creates new work places and preserve the existing ones. Hiring people, the management of the branch takes into account a program to support young specialists. The youth receives a stable wage and are provided with accommodation. But they must work in response. Nobody likes lazy people, and the chance to fulfil oneself is given to everyone at the company. If a person is devoted to his work, he deserves to work in the team of professionals”.
“Each employee is an integral part of our team. It is pleasant when during meetings our employees are held up as an example to other branches, and they are praised for their skills and honesty. I am proud of our team”, shares Ivan Steblynskyy, a chief zootechnician.
“NIBULON is actively imbued with social issues of the district. Annually, there are allocated funds for beautification of settlements, repair of schools, kindergartens, clubs, hospitals, organizations of festivities, and sporting events. Generally, when the inhabitants ask for help, the company tries to help. This is our well-known tradition”, says Oleksandr Opalyuk, a mechanical engineer.
During years of operation the branch has managed to gain confidence of the local lessors, producers. High production indices, considerable investment in production, social responsibility and creation of work places have become NIBULON’s visiting card. The branch team is awarded a number of honorary diplomas of the regional and district administrations.
“As compared with NIBULON’s young branches, 14 years old is a respectable age”, summarizes Oleksandr Krolitskyy, a director. “Thus, we are confident in future; today our branch is operating like a mechanism based on daily laborious work of our team. Our hope is talented people, and our motto is to support, teach and train. We will not reduce pace, as it guarantees high results and pride”.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
