Pysarivka village is located near the Aidar River at a distance of 6 kilometers to the south of the district center – Novopskov town.   In 1997 in Pysarivka village there was created NIBULON’s branch. Young and prospective branch that developed quickly required highly qualified specialists. Firstly, the workplaces were proposed to local people who gave land to be cultivated by NIBULON.   “The branch started from land cultivationleased from village councils and grew industrial crops mainly and with the lapse of time started to cultivate grain crops. At present we cultivate above 3 461 ha of land leased from Dontsivka, Pavlenkivka, Mozhnyakivka, Kamyanka, Kozlovs’ka village councils”, tells Mykola Gluhivs’kyy, the branch director.   Today the branch is a model that proved itself to be an effective master of a land. According to Oleksandr Pokryshka, a chief agronomist, the secret of production success consists in crop cultivation performed in compliance with all the rules.   “We do not suck the lifeblood out of land but care for it, cherish and let it rest. We are engaged in cultivation of sorghum, corn, wheat and barley. Because of our being in the territory of risk farming, the sown areas of sorghum increase constantly replacing other crops. Besides, due to little expenses, sorghum brings constant income to the agrarians”, adds the branch director.   The branch achievements were acknowledged at the district level. In 2010 and 2012 employees were awarded with an Honorary Diploma of the District Council and the State Administration for “honest work, high professionalism, and a significant contribution to the agro-industrial complex development of the district”.   “NIBULON” always follows the principle of socially responsible business. In 2012 the team of “Novopskovs’ka” branch was acknowledged at the district level for a significant contribution to implementation of the active state employment policy.   “Novopskovs’ka” branch is a prompt taxpayer in the district. Every year NIBULON participates in solving problems of the local community allocating funds for repair of roads, replacement of windows in the educational institutions, their computerization, equipment of hospitals, organization of holidays, etc. In particular, in 2012 NIBULON initiated signing of a social partnership agreement of above UAH 41 thousand with five village councils of the region which land is cultivated by NIBULON. These funds were allocated for purchase of computers for the village councils, village beautification, providing kindergartens with furniture and beds, replacement of windows at school, assistance to the club and outpatient department.   Operation of “Novopskovs’ka” branch is an effective labour organization (modern office and accommodation spaces for the workers, spacious shed to keep modern machinery, well-groomed territory) and the main thing is a social security of the team.   At present at the branch there are 62 employees whose wages are higher than average wages in the district. “NIBULON is characterized by absence of envelope wages. Each worker knows production norms, job prices. Machine operators, for example, can observe information as to amount of performed work and wage by using computer”, tells Natalya Marchenko, an accountant.   The branch has a fleet of its own modern agricultural machinery that numbers 13 tractors, 3 harvesters, a cultivator produced by Case, John Deere, Fendt, Tiger. Valeriy Mazur, a machine operator, is familiarizing us with his work, “I came to work at the branch in 1999 after finishing Novopskovs’k lyceum. He started to work as a tractor driver operating MTZ tractor. But machinery is constantly renewed here, at present Frendt is at my disposal. Currently we prepare our machinery for spring field works in the region. Our team of machine operators consists of 20 persons. Our team is strong, male, all employees are hard-working, technically literate! We celebrate the beginning and completion of harvest, always help each other.   The local and district agricultural producers, following an example of NIBULON, tend to use modern agricultural machinery. Expenses for constant renewal of agricultural machinery are compensated by high production results.   The whole branch cannot do without electricity. Yuriy Sereda, who has been working at the branch since 2008, fills a powerman position.   “All devices that produce and consume energy at the branch are under the authority of our department. We ensure appropriate equipment operation, control energy consumption. In the near future we are going to use energy-saving lamps. It is very important for me to work for NIBULON, I improve myself constantly, undergo regular advanced training”, he tells.   Totally, the branch employees, describing their staff, note the main features such as sensitiveness, professionalism, brotherhood, and mutual respect.
