Lidiyivka strength and future depend on NIBULON

Whatever the year is, it has ended finally. And it is time to summarize and to analyze the things done. 2014 being difficult and dramatic for the country has turned out to be positive, successful and victorious for the employees at NIBULON RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch. According to the annual results, the branch was ranked in first place among the company’s production branches in Mykolayiv region.
The working results in different sectors demonstrate serious intentions of Lidiyivka citizens to be among the best. It is worth mentioning that this branch has achieved the highest yield of winter barley of 40.4 dt per hectare.  It is obvious that in addition to perfect agrotechnology, people are highly motivated to work successfully. Most villages only recollect the livestock breeding now, but this sector is developed in Lidiyivka village every year. The company plans to increase heads of cattle, to reconstruct and expand premises, informs the branch management.
NIBULON’s high standards work in all sectors of the village life and the company’s production unit. The economic figures influence Lidiyivka social sector directly. In fact, it is maintained by the company, from the provision of schools and a kindergarten to the assistance in doing private farming and social payments.
Today Lidiyivka people clearly understand what real values are; they see their village develop.
Alina Iglava, a garden team worker,
“Probably, in order to understand where the truth is, one should look around, recollect things and compare…I came to Lidiyivka from another village that has the village council and a post office; the rest is absent. Some people support themselves by breeding cattle, others work abroad, pensioners receive pension…
I head of Lidiyivka village at that time but I still was impressed on coming here: the farm is working; machine operators work the whole year round. And where else you can see a garden team I was directed to… I forgot the word “wage”, and NIBULON pays it twice a month, including prepayment without delay. All the social institutions also work; NIBULON constantly allocates money for their development. The branch management has never refused to help people to mow the hay and transport it if necessary. NIBULON provides our school with heating, computers and conducts repairs. I think people must see Lidiyivka to understand how to live and what to do for this.”
Galyna Pastukh, agarden team worker,
“I have been living here for almost twenty-five years. There was a collective farm at that time. We received wages, and everything was normal.  And then we did not have any money to get clothes and to warm ourselves… I clearly remember the general meeting about which the Internet is spreading false information as to the fabricated protocol and people deceived. Those fakers spread false information. On April 29, 1996, almost the whole village was at the general meeting. None remained indifferent.  Almost all people voted for Lidiyivka joining NIBULON – from the pensioners to those people who joined the army. This is the very truth”.
Alla Patsar, a milk commodity farm record keeper,
“In 1996, I came to Lidiyivka and heard a lot about its difficult times and caught an echo of the previous life. And since December, the company started to deliver cows from Germany, changed livestock population, repaired the building, installed windows and doors because people and animals were terribly frozen, purchased a refrigerator and installed a laboratory… The company paid wage arrears.
Certainly, there were some difficulties, those who did not want to work in a new way was replaced. One should appreciate such a chance. It is good that common sense has won, and we have a normal life and good prospect today. One should listen to people from neighbouring villages; they envy Lidiyivka. The farm employees thank Oleksiy Vadaturskyy for the deserved working conditions, good wage, as the family welfare is in the first place for everyone.”
Yevgen Valakh, a threshing floor locksmith,
“I was born in Lidiyivka village, worked at different production divisions, observed this downfall. There was one loader at the threshing floor, and now we have six ones. We have many tractors, and at that time – only several tractors and trucks there. This cannot even be compared. The mechanization level is the most important thing in the village; efficiency and our wage depend on it. 
I was a schoolboy, when NIBULON came to our village. My family welcomed the company. Our life has changed for better. Certainly, the job requirements are higher, as RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch is a seed-growing farm with its organizational and technical peculiarities. We are ready for it, as NIBULON’s level is for scrupulous people.
The company appreciates its employees. We are people with our daily problems, sometimes very serious ones. My family had to pay for surgery, and NIBULON helped us. The company also assists in solving current problems, such as garden tillage, etc.”
Grygoriy Gorevyy, an excavator operator,
“I have already been working here as a machine operator for 14 years, including six years as an excavator operator. I have a lot of work: sand and broken stone loading, ditch digging for water supply system. This indicates that people have needs; the village is living thanks to NIBULON. One does not need an excavator, where the normal life is absent.  I know the district very well; the same situation is everywhere: the absence of work and school indicates the absence of a village itself. For some reason, people with megaphones and something serious under the seats of their cars do not come to the places destroyed. They like the village with high production, the district’s highest wages paid twice a month, interest-free loans and material assistance in different life situations… We can talk much about it.
They say, leave well enough alone, but someone tried to. I despaired of finding a job in Voznesensk tow. I came here, got a job at the farm and then at the construction brigade, and then I started to operate an excavator. Conclusion? You must work honestly, be an honest person and you will get support and normal living conditions. Tell me, what an old man needs? He wants his grandson to live well! And his grandson goes to the kindergarten, a comfortable and repaired one, with catering, comfortable furniture and other necessary things provided by NIBULON and Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. I like it.”
Iryna Pytomets, a farm manager,
“When I started to work in Lidiyivka village, the collective farm was good. And then the farm itself stopped to exist. The so-called animals (a skeleton) froze to the floor because of absence of doors and windows… Livestock breeding has been destroyed around, and Lidiyivka village has a selected head of livestock, excellent fodder supplies and normal working conditions.
I do not want to mention the mud thrown at Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. NIBULON’s representatives, land office representatives, other specialists explained us the details of this integration. Thus, we made a decision consciously and are not sorry for it.  By the way, the voting was held in the cold and unheated cultural club. And now all the holidays and village events are held in this very warm and comfortable cultural club.  It seems a trifle but an expressive one.”
The land share should also be mentioned. People have land shares and at the same time have nothing in the neighbouring village. They do not live but exist, receive several thousands per year if a lessor can pay appropriately.  What if a yield does not come up well? I have a job, stable wage and contingent land share. It is compensation (I would rather say overcompensation) of those we would get for the land shares.  Material assistance is increased constantly, and I know for sure I receive it. And my duty is to work honestly.”
The company installed a water supply system in every house. We had to go 70-80 meters to get water formerly. It was hard for the old people. We did not even feel these expenses. If everyone laid on water supply system independently, it would be very expensive… After Lidiyika school most people obtain higher education. The youth come back to the village thanks to NIBULON. We have young specialists. Earlier we had two teachers: one part of pupils studied in one corner, the other part was in the other one … Whole else would take teachers from Domanivka village and pay wage except NIBULON?  This is “village genocide”. It is impossible to buy a house here; they are not sold and the prices would be higher than in Domanivka village. Do people want to live in bad conditions?”
Oleksandr Chornovil, a tractor driver,
“The collective farm had 4- 5 tractors on the run, others could not be repaired because of the lack of money. We could only dream about our wages. I will always remember when NIBULON immediately paid 20 million Karbovanets debts caused by the collective farm… Now NIBULON pays wages twice a month. Please note that work experience is taken into consideration when paying wages. A tractor is very important for a tractor driver. At first I serviced the farm, by operating my YuMZ tractor, then I operated a large tractor with the engines made in Kharkiv, and then NIBULON purchased a Fendt tractor. The diversity of tractors and harvesters in Lidiyivka is impressed now.”
Aliona Garazhiy, an accountant,
“The big difference is whether you have your future or not. I have no doubts about future, working at NIBULON. Our school is much spoken about. Now the children can not only study school program, but also can attend creative groups, develop their skills.
We care about present days. People have a lot of housework and address themselves to the branch management. Both road transport services, garden tillage, and others are NIBULON’s common practice.”
Liliya Bezina, Lidiyivka school director,
“The company gives considerable assistance to school every year, and its support is particularly felt this year. Due to NIBULON, we changed the roof, repaired some classrooms. As part of the action “Hold your hand to a first-former”, the company purchased school uniform, bags, school equipment. The classrooms are repaired, fire-wood and solar oil for heating are purchased. Everyday the teachers are taken to school, and the pupils are taken to the contests. NIBULON provides the children with catering, including vegetables the whole year round.”
Kozubivka school director Olga Onyschenko says, “It is talked of not only Lidiyivka village. Due to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, our school lives in another epoch. Kozubivka school had no heating till 2006. The children sat with their clothes and gloves on. The gym had no floor; its windows were broken. There was no dining room in fact… NIBULON performed capital repair, installed new boilers, presented a computer classroom. Our peculiar pride is a brass band which is supported by NIBULON.” 
The head of Sukha Balka village council Nadiya Babanska characterizes NIBULON’s role in the territory development and the village community life,
“The company has made unreal things for the previous years and in 2014. But it is reality! During this year, the company performed capital and current repairs at school, repaired kindergarten, presented school equipment and New Year’s presents for the pupils. NIBULON installed additional playing equipment at Lidiyivka kindergarten. NIBULON gives presents to Sukha Balka school and kindergarten. The company takes children from Ivanivka village to LIdiyivka and Sukha Balka schools.  Speaking about our social sector, it is better to say NIBULON is the village life.”
RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch director Dmytro Sheyko,
“Speaking about production and social aspects in Lidiyivka or any other village, I always ask how many people live there. For comparison: 317 persons lived in the village in 1996, and in 2012- 424 persons, and now – 437 persons, thereby indicating plus 13 persons per year. Speaking about school (there is no future without school), we had only two teachers in 1996. Now 16 teachers teach and educate our children. 60 children study at school now in comparison with 28 ones before NIBULON came. Who speaks about “destruction of Lidiyivka village by Vadaturskyy”?
As to the social issues solved by the company in Lidiyivka village, I do not know where else in Ukraine a long-service bonus is paid. In 2013 the total bonus was UAH 420 thousand at RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch. The calculations demonstrate that these payments will be increased this year. Our wage is indexed. Our employees received different types of material assistance and annual social payments of 4% of the normative monetary value of the land.
Some people periodically try to arrange a “land battle” against NIBULON (indeed, Lidiyivka people resist provocations; they are tired of demagogy). 145 Lidiyivka citizens received 248.1 ha to do private farming and up to 1 ha of areas to do private subsidiary farming.
Despite the difficult economic and financial situation in Ukraine, the company maintains the deserved living conditions of all its employees, including wage which average level is higher than the average level of wage in Mykolayiv city.
We talked much about school and kindergarten repair, improvement of their material base, computerization, renovation of the social sector, installation of water supply system, reconstruction of roads, street lighting… If required, the branch employees receive material assistance. 
Any farm in Domanivka district cannot be compared with the branch technical base. The machine operators have 32 units of agricultural machinery (in 2012 – 27 units), such as MF7274,MF7246 harvesters, Case, Favorit, MTZ, Belarus, Т150KB Karpatets tractors, 128  units of tractor-drawn implements produced in 2006-2012.
29 units of vehicles include Mitsubishi, Shevrolet, Niva, GAZ, VAZ, ZIL, KamAZ, truck cranes, buses, fuel servicing trucks produced in 2000-2011.  
All these things are the basis of the village life. Lidiyivka lives according to NIBULON’s ideology and practice that ensure strength and guarantee good future.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
