On the 11th of February, 2010 the results of municipal program “Man of the Year” were announced. This year, NIBULON has got a double victory. General Director of NIBULON, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Opanasovych Vadaturskyy has become a “Citizen of the year” in the special nomination “Investment-innovative project of the year”, and Deputy General Director of NIBULON Andriy Vadaturskyy has become a winner in  the nomination “Philanthropy”. Organizing Committee of the program entitled “Citizens of the Year” in 12 nominations and particularly – the winner in nomination “Man of the Year”. This year according to the proposal of experts and city organizations the title “Citizen of Year 2009” was also awarded in two special nominations “Investment-Innovation Project of the Year” and “Social project of the year”. The winner in nomination “Investment-innovative project of the year” has become General Director of OJSC “Wadan Yards Okean” M. P. Romanchuk along with O.O. Vadaturskyy. It should become a nice gift for both Heroes of Ukraine on the eve of launching of the next two non-self-propelled vessels of NIBULON from staples of OJSC “Wadan Yards Okean”. The program “Man of the Year” has already been implemented in Mykolayiv 14 years. During this time, General Director of NIBULON O.O. Vadaturskyy has received the title “Citizen of Year” on several occasions. Oleksiy Opanasovych was awarded the honorary title “Man of the Year” in 2005 and 2007 for outstanding merits to the community. In 2008, Andriy Vadaturskyy was entitled “Citizen of Year 2009”in nomination “Business”.
