It was posted on a website with a doubtful reputation and without any information about its staff, owners, and address. In addition, the article was probably written by a fake blogger, as we have not found any publications by this author either on this website or elsewhere on the Internet. Consequently, the company had to apply to the appropriate authorities to determine the truth and to punish the guilty, but these so-called “honest and professional authors” were found to be fake persons. Consequently, it was impossible to file a claim. The company has already faced similar situations in the past. Although the court declared this information as false, it did not stop the initiators from spreading the fake information. Thus, the article is unreliable, as it is based on the information provided by Lutsenko S.M. and his daughter, Komarchuk A.S., both of whom have a bad reputation in Lidiivka. They again misled people in a search for easy earnings. Since 2005, about 100 judgments have been delivered against Lutsenko S.M. for his illegal acts towards the company and its management. He demanded from Euro 150 thousand to Euro 250 thousand from the company, provoked people, involved the so-called “activists and journalists”, and threw toxic powder. The Security Service of Ukraine investigated those cases. The different courts have considered all these materials many times.Please note that Lutsenko S.M. has never tried to prove his innocence in court or to show his disagreement with court decisions. He has never contested the court decisions. He did his job, achieved his goals, and received money from his puppet master. This biased article was posted when Komarchuk A.S. was summoned to come to court concerning NIBULON’s claim that she had spread false and slander information. The company had to apply to the court to protect its integrity and dignity. People like Lutsenko S.M, Komarchuk A.S. and their family members put their interests over the village community’s needs. Is there any motivation to invest when facing false stories and scandals? They did everything to stop NIBULON’s investment activity in Lidiivka village where the company planned to build a school, kindergarten, medical and obstetric center, a drug store, as well as other important facilities. The village has lost real investment because of these people. The speculations about land use rights or land ownership are other examples of fake news. The company does not own any land! Please note that the Lidiivka collective farm was declared bankrupt at the beginning of 1996. The farm was in a terrible condition. The windows were broken, cows froze to death, and mechanical building was destroyed. The villagers are witnesses to this situation. In compliance with the Protocol No.4 of 29.04.1996, the members of the Lidiivka collective farm decided to transfer the main assets to NIBULON to establish a branch to produce agricultural commodities and seeds. The company did not steal land from the villagers; it is publicly owned land. NIBULON has never owned the land; it has cultivated the land in compliance with legislation.The company made a decision to pay land lease payments to the local and state budgets, and NIBULON paid the same amount to people who had worked in the collective farm. The land inheritors also received payments from the company. Consequently, the villagers receive the same money as those who own the land. NIBULON allocates considerable financial resources to support school, pipeline, and other social facilities in the community. In addition, the company is the largest tax payer in Domanivka district. Lutsenko S.M. and Komarchuk A.S. know this. Personal interests always prevail in the lives of such people. It is their way to make money even though many people witness their provocations. Concerning the website posting this biased article, we offer its owners to openly and publicly inform people about its contact data as do real mass media representatives. Announce your resource data publicly or send it on mail1@nibulon.com.ua, and we will see you in court for spreading false and unreliable information. We already know how to act in these situations. False information often becomes attractive for pseudo-journalists and fake bloggers who can implement their fantasies. Unfortunately, honest companies become hostages of these circumstances. They must respond to every absurd blame and utter nonsense. NIBULON calls on mass media to adhere to the main principles of journalism and not to spread unchecked, openly biased information about the company. Real journalism fights for truth honestly, and NIBULON respects such professionals.
