On April 17, 2013 in Mykolayiv city there was held a solemn award ceremony of the winners of the first (regional) round of the All-Ukrainian Rating “Prompt taxpayers – 2012” organized by the All-Ukrainian public organization “Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine”.
Members of the Regional Rating Committee, representatives of companies that won the rating, politicians, officials, scientists, artists, mass-media representatives took part in the award ceremony.
While addressing to the guests, Nataliya Zaporozhchenko, the head of the Council of the Territorial Branch of the Association of Ukrainian Taxpayers in Mykolayiv region, the head of the Regional Rating Committee, informed that 21 participants in 9 nominations and 3 categories (small, medium-sized, large companies) got a degree “Prompt taxpayer-2012” according to the results of the first round. She mentioned that the winners of the first round presented by the Highest Rating Committee would participate in the second (all-Ukrainian) round.
By the way, the obligatory conditions for participation in the rating are absence of tax debt, presence of a profit tax payer status without special preferences, absence of tax legislation violation established judicially.
Among the estimation criteria are correlation of the profit tax amount with received income, fullness and timeliness of tax and duties repayment, tax discipline, an average salary by a company,quantity of workplaces, the amount of taxes and duties paid last fiscal year, and others.
During the solemn ceremony the winners got diploma by definite nominations and categories.
NIBULON was announced to be the leading domestic investor, agricultural producer that supplies Ukrainian agricultural commodities to 60 countries of the world (from Brazil to Japan). The company is the only native participant of the UN World Food Program. Lyudmyla Nazarova, the deputy general director of financial security, received a well-deserved reward.

The Regional Rating Committee members thanked all the participants – prompt taxpayers, having noted their purposefulness, intention to develop domestic economy.
Such a rating is a significant contribution to the tax culture formation. It contributes to increase of social prestige of taxpayers and popularizes ideas of doing transparent business. Acknowledging the best taxpayers (both at the regional and all-Ukrainian levels) is an appropriate example for the latter to realize their important role in the country, their moral encouragement and stimulus for further development.
The solemn award ceremony of the All-Ukrainian Rating “Prompt taxpayers-2012” will be held on May 23 in Kyiv city.
