On June 10, 2014, there was held launching of NIBULON-5 of POSS-115 project, the first order of the shipbuilding and repair yard “NIBULON”.
Being at the shipyard pier, outfitting of the vessel was started, including installation of electric equipment, gears, etc. Launching has testified that the vessel’s construction is in the homestretch.
NIBULON-5 (total readiness is 76,6 %):
1. Assembly and pipeline area: the hydraulic system to lift the pilot house received oil; the gear to lift the pilot house was put into operation. Assembly of pipes of fire-fighting and fuel systems are prepared for approval; hydraulic tests are being performed, and the systems are being prepared for operation.
2. ISD representatives have completed insulation works in the living accommodations of the vessel and started panel plating. Insulation works are being performed in the engine room, spaces of the rudder-propeller complex and water treatment spaces.
3. Area of mechanical and fitter’s parts: there are being carried out leak tests of manhole covers, portholes, doors. Production and assembly of ventilation and conditioning pipes in the living accommodations are being completed; production of ceiling in the engine room is being continued. 
4. Electrical area: cable is being connected to the panels in the engine room and living accommodations. The navigator console has been assembled and is being prepared for installation in the pilot house.
5. The specialists of the painting area have completed cleaning of all fuel and oil tanks; they are being prepared for fuel receipt, installation of sensors and tightness tests.
Besides, the shipbuilders are performing preparatory works to test systems, start gears and mooring trials!
NIBULON-6 (total readiness is 38,1 %):
1. The vessel’s hull has been formed; there are being installed foundations in the engine room, foundations of mooring winches and reels on the deck, and foundations for fender protection.
2. The pilot house is being assembled at the assembly and welding workshop. Cleaning and priming of the engine room spaces, sea chests, and ice boxes are being performed on berth.
3. The vessel is being prepared for equipment installation in the engine room.
