The facility is being built as part of a renewed investment strategy of the company. In particular, it provides for solution to a problem to optimize expenses for transportation of agricultural products from certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
NIBULON is implementing its investment program quickly as usual. Thus, the first production meeting in Svatove was held on August 28, and on October 1 it will be put into operation.
At the beginning of its operation, on October 1, the agricultural commodities storage capacity at a unique and compact facility (with the area of almost 2 ha) will comprise 10 thousand tons. Until July 1, 2017, the storage capacity will be increased to 25 thousand tons. Moreover, the company will install a modern drying complex there.
The shipment capacity on rail transport will comprise more than 4 thousand tons per day.
NIBULON will install equipment produced by the world’s leading manufacturers at the facility, in particular SCAFCO (the USA), CimbriaA/S (Denmark), and Simatek A/S (Denmark). Rain water treatment collected from the territory of the elevator will be provided by oil water separator and running-water biological pond.
The contracting organizations involved in constructing are NIBULON’s reliable partners: Transvit private enterprise (Chernihiv region), Astarta Mlynelevatorbud Ltd (Kharkiv region), Integral Construction Company (Lviv region), Construction Company Ltd (Dnipropetrovsk region), Bulat Ltd (Chernivtsi region), Bumer Ltd (Luhansk region), Mykolaiv ferroconcrete products plant (Mykolaiv region), Poltavaspetsmontazh (Poltava region), Prombudkoliia (Zaporizhia region), Promspetsbud (Poltava region), Carcas Building Centre Ltd (Dnipropetrovsk region).
The company will create 55 new permanent workplaces.
This is a unique, compact, and effective facility. All the agrarians of Luhansk region will experience advantages from its work.
This new complex will provide a need of agrarians of Bilokurakyne, Novoaidar, Starobilsk, Kreminna, Troitske, Svatove, Rubizhne districts in elevator capacities from the first day of its work.
It should be noted that the complex will be focused on transshipment of grain from East of Ukraine but not on its continuous storage.
