Thus, NIBULON performed a considerable amount of work in the energy sector. In particular, the company ensured power supply at the construction site and removed a distribution line of 10 kV outside the territory.

In addition, pile ramming and excavation works are the major activities at present. Mykolayiv specialists from Gidrotechnologiya Ltd (director – Enver Khayat) have already finished recultivation at the construction site. They removed, transported and stored 25 thousand m³ of soil in long-term storage facilities in the shortest possible time.
Other works at the construction site in Buzke village are in full swing despite frosty weather, soil freezing and other freaks of nature. When Mykolayiv region faced heavy snowfall, and highways were closed, NIBULON continued constructing the terminal and, at the same time, helped to clear snow from Mykolayiv roads. This approach to work enables the company to continue implementing its own investment project, in particular to construct NIBULON’s new facility and to finish constructing facilities according to schedule.
At present NIBULON’s specialists are making vertical planning of the territory. Every day they transport and add from 700 to 1,000 tons of soil in order to construct future technological facilities, such as dryers, an elevator tower, and others. The trucks make from 150 to 190 trips at the construction site every day.
Pile ramming has been completed by 50%. Piles that were rammed are more than 1,000 units with a length from 25 to 28 meters. Please note that Gidrotechnoligiya Ltd (director – Enver Khayat), Perspektyva-Mykolayiv Ltd (director – Vasyl Lablyuk) and Chornomorgidrobud Ltd (director – Oleksandr Veitsman) form pile fields.Mykolayiv Ferroconcrete Products Plant (director – Viktor Kyslichenko) is a supplier.
First of all, the specialists perform works in order to lay the foundations of technological facilities: grain storages, a transformer substation, an administrative and laboratory building, and a weigh station.
For example, the piles have been half rammed to lay the foundations of 12 grain storages of 5.5 thousand tons and 4 grain storages of 2.3 thousand tons.
The piles will have been rammed by February 29.
According to the specialists from NIBULON’s capital construction department, upon completion of the above-mentioned works, NIBULON will start constructing technological and auxiliary facilities. In particular, since March 1 the company will be constructing its first premises, an administrative and laboratory complex as well as a transformer substation.
In addition, the company continues constructing a berthing structure with a length of 120 m and width of 18 m. The company will complete construction in April.
Located on the area of 12.5 ha, the terminal’s construction will cost almost UAH 450 million. The newly built facility will have the following technical characteristics: grain storage capacity – 76 thousand tons, daily drying capacity – 4 thousand tons, water transport shipments – 12 thousand tons per day.
The company plans to put the terminal into operation till July 1, 2016.
