As it has been already mentioned, NIBULON increases grain storage capacity of “Kremenchut’ska” branch (Poltava region) through construction of additional silos to store grain, leguminous and oilseeds with a total capacity of 20,000 tons, as well as a truck tipper with attachment to the existing technological complex of the branch.
The contracting organization Promspetsbud Ltd. has formed pile fields on the construction site. In total, the specialists rammed about 800 piles, 233 of which were brought to Kremenchuk from Mykolaiv by NIBULON’s cargo fleet.
The specialists from All Engineering Ltd. have installed the underground galleries and an areaway. They have started raising walls of the underground gallery of the silo of 16,000 tons. Meanwhile, Vzaiemodiia Ltd. has constructed a grill of one out of two silos of active ventilation (2.3 thousand tons).
The specialists finish forming foundations of a new truck tipper. They also complete installing water supply network, sewage system, and a fire tank. Next week the builders will begin assembling metalwate of a tower, a truck tipper and upper galleries over the silos.
It is planned to finish the construction process and put the facilities into operation on August 1, 2018. This is an optimal way to meet the needs of the branch to enlarge the capacity of simultaneous grain storage and reduce the time of vehicles processing. As a result, total volume of agricultural products storage at “Kremenchuts’ka” branch will be about 90,000 tons.
We would remind you that on May 23 NIBULON solemnly inaugurated its 43,000-ton elevator complex and a new berth (222 m) at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv. This will enable the company to handle up to 5 vessels and to store 7 different crops at the same time.
