NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard is practically the only shipyard in Ukraine
to build complete vessels and floating facilities of up to 140 m long. The reconstruction, the building of new
modern production workshops, the installation of high-capacity machinery and equipment produced by the world’s best manufacturers,
as well as the experienced team of almost 1,000 shipbuilders, enable the company to perform the complete
production cycle efficiently and qualitatively – from metal cutting to furniture production, insulation and
painting, commissioning of electrical and automation equipment, piping works, hull works, mechanical and fitter
works, and engineering support. The shipyard also performs ship repairs and design works.

The sixth non-self-propelled NBL-91 project

The hull’s structure has been completely formed. At present it is being tested for
water tightness. The shipbuilders are painting the vessel’s buoyancy compartments.
The shipbuilders have already installed almost all the required deck and anchor-mooring
equipment. They are conducting inboard works, namely they are mounting pipelines, electric and fitter items.
The hatch covers for the holds of 5,050 cubic meters have been already produced. Thus,
the specialists are installing the items required for these hatch covers. The hatch covers are being cleaned
and painted.
The fourth modernized 121M project

The outfitting work will soon be finished. The shipbuilders have completely equipped all
the living and other accommodations with modern furniture and equipment. They have mounted all the systems in
the engine room. The shipbuilders are finishing the connecting of a control panel in the wheelhouse. All the electrical equipment and the main switchboard will soon be connected. The vessel’s systems will then be tested. The
vessel will soon be delivered to a customer.
At present the company’s fleet is the most modern in Ukraine
and numbers 82 vessels used for various operations. Due to its efficient operation, NIBULON has completely changed its logistics system from road to river. The company sets new records in cargo transportation by Ukrainian inland
waterways every year. Since it commenced operations, the company has transported about 20.8 million tons of various
cargoes.
