Above 300 leading market participants and international experts have participated in the event this year.
According to the conference’s organizers, the world grain market is unstable and changeable. Consequently, the world should pay attention to the situation in the Asia-Pacific region.
“In the past few years, Asian consumers have gradually expanded their share in the Ukrainian grain exports, excluding traditional markets (Middle East and North Africa countries)”, tells Volodymyr Slavinskyi, a grains wholesale manager. “Countries in the Asia-Pacific region are the leaders among consumers of Ukrainian wheat this marketing year. China is one of the world’s largest corn consumers. Annually, NIBULON extends cooperation with countries in this region. Thus, this marketing year, the company has supplied agricultural commodities to Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and China”.
Participants at Global Grain Asia actively discussed the share of the Black Sea grain in the Asia-Pacific region.
“Ukrainian grain is known worldwide; thus, NIBULON was paid a particular attention. Today NIBULON has established a reputation as a reliable partner being ready to cooperate responsibly. Many participants at the conference were impressed by different activity areas of NIBULON. In addition to grain exports, NIBULON is engaged in shipbuilding, reviving navigation, constructing rivers ports. It becomes clear that the company’s management thinks broadly and invests significant resources in the development strategy”, adds Volodymyr Slavinskyi.
His colleague, Dmytro Furda, also mentioned that some companies had visited the conference to meet NIBULON’s representatives. “Due to these conferences, we have an opportunity to familiarize regional traders and end-consumers with NIBULON that is associated with qualitative Ukrainian grain and oilseeds commodities supplied by the company to more than 60 countries worldwide”, he added.
