The construction of two slipways No. 9, 10 has been completed by 95 %. 80 % of the foundation (length – 56 m, width – 25 m, height – 2 m) under the monolithic beams of ways was formed. To do this work, we brought about 10 thousand tons of stone and crushed stone.
The unique St. Mykolai floating crane is mounting plates for the ways. The weight of one plate is 18 tons. Installation of plates under water is carried out by a team of divers from Hidrotechmontazh.
Electrical installation work on laying 6 kW cable from the transformer substation 1 to the slipway building has been completed by 100 %; cables have been laid from the slipway building to all 9 winches. The specialists have started dismantling work in the old warehouse, which will be replaced by the modern insulation equipment, paints and varnishes warehouse.
The building to control the ways, which will look like a real tug and hopefully will be the subject of special attention of the shipyard’s guests, is completed by 95 %. NIBULON plans to construct five more ways which will enable the shipyard to construct and launch 140-m long vessels. In addition, in order to increase the productivity of the shipyard’s building site, the company’s management has decided to purchase a LPS180 portal slewing crane from the German company Liebherr-MCCTEC Rostock GmbH. It will integrate the new assembly and fabrication workshop with the building berth.
