Another certification enabled the company to expand a number of importers, to open new markets for grain and oilseeds exports ensuring the highest product quality and confirming the minimum impact on the environment.
ISCC EU (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) enables NIBULON to export corn, wheat, rapeseed, soybean, sunflower to Europe. Our European partners are interested in Ukrainian sustainable biomass as they plan to increase the use of fuel from renewable sources.  
In 2017, NIBULON underwent certification according to ISCC PLUS that covers an expanded certification of sustainable food and feed production. The company certified its barley production and received a relevant certificate.
ISCC PLUS certification system was developed by the ISCC Association for certification of raw materials for food, feed, biofuel production outside the EU. The system is not recognized by other certification systems other than ISCC EU. The ISCC PLUS sustainability requirements are less stringent than the ones of ISCC EU. Thus, the declared biomass according to ISCC EU can be exported as raw materials that meet the requirements of the ISCC PLUS, but it is not allowed to do vice versa.  This enables NIBULON to export not only barley but also wheat, corn, rapeseed, sunflower, soybean under ISCC PLUS.
ISCC Plus is a new alternative opportunity for producers, processing companies, traders to demonstrate the sound management of their own supply chains.
