“NIBULON” has started a complex of spring field works. Nature actively promotes as the soil on the fields is frozen and thawed. Thus, at the branches of Mykolayiv region, an important technological operation such as winter crop top-dressing takes place in the areas, where aftergrowing of plants demonstrated good results. The works are performed rapidly: currently 4.325 hectares are tilled, that is 50% of acreage planted with winter crops such as wheat, barley and rape in this region. Over the next few days (when technological conditions allow) the process of top-dressing will be launched at the branches of central Ukraine – Cherkasy and Poltava regions. To ensure the field works, the production department of the company has purchased ammonium nitrate (for top-dressing) in full (10 880 tons) and has decided the issue of ANP fertilizer purchase. The purchase of plant protection products for spring crops sowing was started. The company is also fully provided with first-class imported seeds, including corn (350 tons), soybeans (250 tons), sorghum (60 tons), sunflower (40 tons). In general, this year the amount of fertilizer that the company buys exceeds last year`s figure on 30%, which is a qualitative indicator of production. This season the company is to update a vehicle park, including its repair. A new equipment will be also purchased, and namely: 6 heavy tractors, 10 light tractors (“MTZ-920″), 13 seeding-machines («Challenger» and «UPS-8”), 3 cultivators («Case Tiger»), tractor-dragged stock (vegetable four-rowed seeding-machine, five sprayers). Expenses in the amount of UAH 25 million are envisaged for these purposes.
