On November 1, 2018, in connection with the inclusion of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and NIBULON in the sanctions lists of individuals and legal entities to which special economic measures have been introduced in Russia, we officially announced that neither Oleksiy Vadaturskyy nor NIBULON had accounts, property, and enterprises in the Russian Federation. NIBULON has no trade relations with Russian companies or other companies of the post-Soviet states since the mid-1990s.
From 2013 we also stopped purchasing goods and equipment that were manufactured in Russia or by Russian enterprises.
This is patriotic attitude of Hero of Ukraine, General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and NIBULON to military aggression in Ukraine and Crimea’s annexation.
Thus, the information published yesterday on Agravery Information Agency, biz.liga.net and Dzerkalo Tyzhnia is false. They wrote that allegedly according to YouControl analytical system 20 companies accounted to one third of Ukrainian exports to the Russian Federation in 2017, and three of those companies were allegedly agrarian ones (Kernel-Trade, NIBULON, Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt PJSC).
Moreover, when you access the source YouControl https://youcontrol.com.ua/news/metal-chy-kukurudza-shveytsariia-chy-rf-torhivlia-top-20-ukrayinskykh-eksporteriv/ which is referred to by the author of the news on the Agravery IA Anastasiia Karpenko, you read an article “Metal or Corn, Switzerland or the Russian Federation: Trade of TOP-20 Ukrainian Exporters”.
For the most part it is about international trade with the EU and about the fact that over the last few years, despite difficult conditions within the country, 20 largest Ukrainian exporters in heavy industry and agricultural sector account to as much as one third of Ukrainian exports. And NIBULON is one of the leaders. It depicts geographical spread of exports, and Russia occupies one of the top five places of importing countries. Russia buys from Ukraine mainly ferrous metals, chemicals, mechanical engineering products. There is no indication that NIBULON has trade relations with the Russian Federation.
It is completely unreasonable and unprofessional to tell that NIBULON Group exports its products to the Russian Federation. The thing is that in the context of grain and oilseeds grown, purchased and exported by our company the Russian Federation is a strong competitor of Ukraine in the global market. There is not even a need to be a great specialist to understand this because all specialized information portals are full of news about the strong participation of Russian exporters in the tenders for the supply of grain crops to Egypt (GASC), Saudi Arabia (SAGO), Turkey (TMO), Tunisia, Algeria, Ethiopia, Indonesia, etc.
By the way, all foreign economic contracts of NIBULON Group for the sale of agricultural products contain special sanction precautions on maritime vessels carrying the company’s cargoes, regardless of the terms of delivery under FOB or CIF. These precautions relate directly to calls to the ports on the Crimean peninsula from March 27, 2014 for any motor vessel intending to transport our goods. We will never ship products to a vessel that violates the legislation of Ukraine.
And this, as you know, is not the only way our patriotism is manifested. People who follow our news and our active development in shipbuilding at Ukrainian shipyards, the transportation of cargoes by inland waterways by NIBULON’s fleet under the Ukrainian flag, and the construction of high-tech terminals know it very well.
Dear journalists, we kindly ask you not to spread such frankly false information. In difficult period for our country, we all have to unite, we must fight real enemies of our sovereignty, corruptionists, and other thieves and not to distribute fake information. You only harm your state, and therefore you do harm to yourself. Be conscious, responsible and love Ukraine.
Buy Ukrainian goods, block Russian ones.
