On July 1, 2025, the European University, a private higher education institution, and NIBULON, a leading Ukrainian agribusiness and grain exporter, signed a Memorandum of Partnership and Collaboration.
The partnership aims to promote the development of high-quality professional education in Ukraine that meets the challenges of the modern labor market. European University is committed to preparing competitive specialists, thereby supporting the creation of a strong and resilient Ukrainian society.
NIBULON stands as a major employer, a key driver of innovation in agriculture, and a national leader recognized for its strong sense of social responsibility.
The memorandum outlines collaboration in several key areas:
- academic training
- arranging internships and practical training
- facilitating employment opportunities for graduates
- conducting joint educational and communication events — including seminars, training sessions, and master classes.
“We truly value our cooperation with universities, as it represents an investment in the future workforce of the industry. Our mission is to close the gap between business demands and educational capabilities by fostering opportunities for youth development,” commented Yana Romanenko, HR Director of NIBULON.
This initiative is part of the company’s ESG strategy and community development program. NIBULON systematically supports educational institutions, especially in frontline and de-occupied areas, fosters partnerships with universities, conducts career orientation trainings, and provides employment opportunities for youth in the agricultural sector — a strategically vital industry for Ukraine.
Earlier, we reported that NIBULON had started an inventory of trees to account for greenhouse gases according to the GHG Protocol.
