The training program of NIBULON’s specialists consists of three large units. They will be implemented step by step. The first unit “Restoration and deepening of knowledge” includes a one-week training course at various higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The first unit will last from December 2018 to January 2019.
The second unit “Modern technologies” is a one-week training course in the field of plant protection and feeding, potential of new varieties of crops, crop growing systems and trends. It will take place at the transshipment terminal of “Voznesens’ka” branch. Besides acquiring new knowledge and skills, the specialists will be able to attend regional seminars related to this topic with the participation of suppliers in Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kropyvnitskyi. The second unit will take place at the end of January 2019.
The final third unit “Agrischool” aims to continue training of the machine operators on sites, at each NIBULON’s production branch.  NIBULON’s specialists and representatives of suppliers of agricultural machinery and equipment will have joint training. They will share their own experience in the basics of mechanized technological processes of growing and harvesting of separate agricultural commodities, production of parts for agricultural machines, use of fitter’s tools, measuring tools, and many others. The third unit will take place in February 2019.
Taking into account the fact that NIBULON’s branches are located in twelve regions of Ukraine, for the sake of convenience and efficiency of the first unit there were organized three training centers (southern, western and eastern) according to the location of the company’s branches. The audience of each region consists of branch directors, representatives of agronomic and engineering services, heads and specialists from the branches and central office.
“The purpose of the training course is to renew the knowledge of employees and to familiarize them with the new technologies in agriculture as everything changes (climate, terms, norms of sowing, use of plant protection means, etc.). Therefore, it was important to acquire the knowledge that will help us to optimize production processes in accordance with the present conditions. I want to emphasize that this does not end the theoretical training of employees. After this theoretical course, upon acquiring new knowledge, the specialists will share their experience on sites, conduct internal training and share the experience gained. Thus, NIBULON will improve the level of knowledge and skills of the entire team”, says regional director of agricultural production Oleksandr Tereshchenko.  
The first unit of the training is finished for the southern and western regions. It lasted from December 17 to December 21.
The southern region has undergone training at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University. The specialists from the western region had a one-week training course at Podilskyi State Agrarian Technical University. The teaching staff of both universities has developed special programs and has selected a series of disciplines with effective distribution of academic hours to study them. They provide a complete retraining of agricultural specialists in a relatively short time. All the specialists have successfully passed a credit. They have received certificates of advanced training.
“The training turned out to be very interesting! Before the practical units we have what to understand, what to talk about with the colleagues in order to distinguish valuable practical guidelines. We are actively working on the issue of applying the knowledge gained in crop production, agriculture, phytopathology, seed production, as well as the operation of machinery and equipment, etc. in production”, tells director of “Bashtans’ka” branch Mykola Rosieiev.

This is exactly what Podilskyi State Agrarian Technical University has become for us. Professional teaching staff of the institution not only gave us knowledge, but also helped us to comprehend it using various methodological forms, lectures, discussions, and enhancing the effect with the help of visual aids. It is extremely nice that the rector of the university Volodymyr Ivanyshyn handed the certificates to us, having expressed his respect to NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. We are very grateful to him for this”, says regional director of agricultural production Oleksandr Haidai.
While the southern and western regions are already preparing for the next practically oriented training units, the company’s eastern region is still waiting for the start of a training course at Starobilsk Technical College of Luhansk NAU, which should begin in the second half of January 2019.
We would remind you that NIBULON’s training center was the first center of enterprises to enter the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (hereinafter – USEDE). This spring the employees received the first certificates of the state standard,
