The Chyhyryn branch in the Cherkasy region was the first to begin, with corn harvesting covering 9,500 hectares.

Despite challenging weather conditions throughout the growing season, corn yields in this area reached 7 tons per hectare. The company’s total planned gross corn harvest is 180,000 tons. with a total corn sown area of 22,577 hectares. To date, 2,000 hectares have been harvested. Currently, eight combine harvesters and 70 grain trucks are engaged in the corn harvest.

Soybean harvesting has also commenced in the Khmilnyk and Kamianets-Podilskyi clusters. The first 500 hectares have been harvested with an average yield of 3.2 tons per hectare. Overall 9, 9,600 hectares of soybeans are scheduled for harvest, with twelve combine harvesters and 40 grain trucks working on this task.
Immediately after harvesting, soil tillage is underway for the 2026 sowing season, with a focus on strip-till and deep loosening techniques.

Загалом, 2025 рік виявився складним для землеробства. Цьогорічна погода, зокрема відсутність продуктивних опадів у центральних і, особливо,південних регіонах України, не сприяла формуванню рекордних врожаїв. Так, з початку року в районі Чигирина зафіксовано лише 220 мм опадів, і варто зазначити, що значна їх частина не була продуктивними і не мала ефективності для повноцінного забезпечення потреб кукурудзи вологою, особливо на критичних етапах розвитку рослин.

In these moisture-deficient conditions, the stability of yields was maintained through the use of resource-saving agricultural technologies. These include conservation tillage, early sowing, and careful selection of corn hybrids with FAO 220–250, known for drought tolerance and rapid moisture release during ripening.

Thanks to a systematic approach to crop production, continuous monitoring throughout the season, and responsive management to weather changes, NIBULON’s agri department has been able to lay the groundwork for a predictable and high-quality harvest, even amid climate challenges.
