Thus, the company plans to hold construction meetings during construction of its own elevator facility.
According to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, the new construction is an important event not only for Mykolayiv region but also for Ukraine. It is a continuation of the company’s investment project to revive the Dnipro and the Southern Bug as navigable waterways. The new transshipment terminal symbolizes the return of NIBULON to Mykolayiv region. The company has constructed six analogous facilities in other regions of Ukraine for almost five years, because the local authorities did not give NIBULON the required construction permits. The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko personally assisted in improving Mykolayiv region.
NIBULON plans to put the terminal into operation on June 15. This will develop logistics in the region and open new opportunities for the agrarian sector not only in Mykolayiv but also in Ukraine.
The construction will promote the construction sector development in our region as well as in Ukraine. NIBULON will involve about 40 construction organizations from different regions, and the total number of people involved in constructing will exceed five thousand persons. The new terminal will provide job to about 100 people, including citizens from Voznesensk district.
NIBULON aims to reduce traffic load on highways in Mykolayiv region. The new terminal will be able to take up to half a million tons of grain and oilseeds to be transported by the Southern Bug. This will enable to reduce traffic load on highways in Veselynovo and Domanivka districts towards Odesa city. Grain transportation from Pervomaisk, Arbuzynka and Bratske districts will be stopped.
At present eight organizations are working at the construction site; there will be more than 30 ones in two weeks, and in a month – more than 45. They are reliable time-proved NIBULON’s partners from different regions of Ukraine, in particular Mykolayiv companies – Tavriya MonolitBud Ltd (director – Yevgen Voloshyn), Perspektyva-Mykolayiv Ltd (Vasyl Slablyuk), Kondratyuk Self-Employed Individual (Volodymyr Kondratyuk), Chornomorgidrobud Ltd (Oleksandr Veitsman); in addition; Transsvit Ltd from Pryluky town of Chernigiv region (Sergiy Selyutin), SMU 25 Ltd from Poltava town (Igor Zakharenko).
At present the company has performed a large amount of work, rammed more than 3,000 piles of 10 km total length, thereby ensuring the stable foundation for future buildings. These works have been performed since autumn without interruption.
Thus, the company will soon ram piles for the foundations of grain storages. In addition, NIBULON has started grating of piles for workshop buildings. The company has also started constructing the headhouse foundation. A transformer substation is being constructed now.
Movable soil is one of the challenges in this construction. Consequently, the company rams concrete piles of 30 m length to construct stable flood-resistant foundations.
 During the meeting, the company’s management attentively listened to all explanations and suggestions from contractors. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy stressed that NIBULON fulfilled its obligations, so all the workers had to meet a time-limit.
