The company’s shipbuilders are constructing new vessels, conducting repairs of the non-self-propelled vessels, as well as performing maintenance of NIBULON Express passenger hydrofoils.
Nibulonivets-2 (manufacturing order No. 10025)
The specialists are performing final painting of outer parts of the vessel. Upon completion of all works and installation of a crane, the vessel will be delivered to a customer.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The preparatory works for launching of the vessel have been finished. It will be launched when the weather conditions are improved. Then the shipbuilders will start outfitting works and will start preparations for mooring trials. Meanwhile, the shipbuilders continue producing hatch covers.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
The shipbuilders finish producing sections of the vessel’s forebody in the assembly and fabrication workshop. The specialists are providing spaces for approval.
The first and the second Т3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010 and No. 10011)
The shipbuilders continue metal cutting and bending in the metal processing workshop. They are producing assemblies and hull sections in the assembly and fabrication workshop. Hulls of two tugs are being formed on the building berth. Meanwhile, specialists of mechanical and fitter workshop continue producing electric and fitter’s items and welded outfitting (ladders, manholes, etc.) The specialists of the assembly and pipeline workshop started to produce branches of the bottom and side fitting in parallel with production of pipes. The shipbuilders have started testing the formed spaces for tightness.
In addition to the above-mentioned orders, in 2018, NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard plans to construct four POSS-115 project tugs (two of them will be put into operation in August and in September), plus a P-140 floating crane. This year NIBULON’s shipbuilders will be constructing 9 orders; six of them will be launched this year.
