The main objective of this event was to establish a dialogue between employers and young people interested in work. Oleksandr Sienkevych, Mykolaiv city mayor, Hanna Kaskova, acting director of the Department of Education and Science of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Dmytro Oboronko, director of Mykolaiv Employment Center, Artem Vashchylenko, President of the All-Ukrainian Association “Business Support Center”, representatives of Mykolaiv Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as representatives of the best companies of the city (about 30) and students attended the event.
Among the invited companies, NIBULON had a very special role as the largest employer for the students of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, and NIBULON’s employees were invited to be the first to address the youth. Larysa  Buryk, deputy general director of personnel, spoke about specifics of the NIBULON’s work and emphasized the facts the students are so interested in,

Everyone interested could get acquainted with peculiarities of work, the company structure and vacancies after the official part: there was prepared a stand for students, booklets with detailed information, and there was also the opportunity to fill out application forms for employment.
