Within the frames of the company’s program for the reception and training of young professionals, the work of company’s personnel department with universities is being continued – throughout the year meeting with students, interviews with people willing to work are held, trips to the production branches of the company are organized. On the 8th of April two institutions of higher education – in Odesa and Vinnytsya – invited representatives of the company to attend the recruitment fair – an event that allows employers to present their company, to talk to future graduates and offer them employment.   Odesa Academy of Food Technologies is a pioneer in conducting of such meetings, it is already the 11th time when it introduces future graduates to potential employers and “NIBULON” is their regular participant.  The Head of HR Karateyeva Larysa told about company’s achievements and plans, the growing rate of construction and production increase, about the development of new activities to the students, teachers, representatives of enterprises and organizations. Presentations went along with a demonstration of a piece of the elevators construction and its own fleet in the framework of large-scale investment project.   After the presentation, each person of those numerous people who are willing to work in the company received satisfactory answers to their questions in person – what region can you go to work to? what position and salary can you get? what living conditions and social guarantees are provided?   Deputy General Director of Personnel Buryk Larysa is a famous person in many institutions of higher education of Ukraine. She is a frequent guest in Vinnytsya State Agrarian University. Her performances are listened attentively, year after year there are more and more people willing to get to work. Many graduates of this university are working at the company’s branches, their example proves that “NIBULON” provides occupational work, a stable high salary and confidence in the future.   At the request of students, on the 12th of May traditional excursion for students will be held – all people willing to be there will be transported by company’s transport to the transshipment terminal to familiarize themselves with the unique industrial facility, students will visit several agricultural branches of Mykolayiv region.   It is pleasant that very soon young initiative people, who want to work in received specialty, and realize that their future is secured, will join a friendly, professional team of “NIBULON”.
