All the general construction works at Zelenodolska branch are in the final stage this week. The specialists will start testing the main equipment at the beginning of summer. Due to the efficient measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, NIBULON, together with its partners, not only continued to construct the facility, which is important for the Ukrainian economy, but also ensured that the work was performed according to schedule. The responsible approach and teamwork have contributed to several completed facilities. Thus, the specialists have already constructed a truck tipper (TSKS-STAL Ltd), a weighting station (PMK No.123 PJSC), a transformer substation (Kondratiuk V.S. individual entrepreneur), a mechanical workshop (NK BUD Ltd), an administrative and laboratory building, and a canteen (BK Interbud Ltd). The workers are finishing to install all the necessary equipment, as well as to conduct interior works and arrange working areas. The specialists are going to finish works on the main facilities at the site. The specialists from Mettranservice Ltd will soon complete mounting the frame of the elevator tower. The contractors will have installed the silo’s sixteenth section from AGI EMEA S.R.L. (Italy) by the end of the week.Concerning the technical equipment at the transshipment terminal, the works have been currently performed by 80%. The assembly of the aspiration equipment in the elevator tower, truck tipper and silos are the next stage. Sich-Energoprom Ltd finishes laying electrical networks to provide the facility with electricity. Tukurui Ltd has constructed a wharf. The specialists have started to mount a rack and tie railing intended for the vessel loading machine (TELESTACK Ltd) We would like to mention that after the spawning season, NIBULON will complete dredging more than 8 ha of water area and a part of the water access over about 1 km long to the water area. The builders will also arrange a new additional navigable passage of more than 5 km along the Dnipro River (water access to the wharf’s water area from the Dnipro navigable pass). The company will install navigation aids there in order to ensure safety. NIBULON is also engaged in social projects in Marianske village of the Zelenodolska United Territorial Community. The company assists in solving water supply issue. NIBULON is replacing the part of the old service water supply system; it is developing a project to lay a new drinking water pipeline. NIBULON’s specialists have also installed a memorial sign at the entrance to the village, having laid it with tiles. The river transshipment terminal in Dnipropetrovsk region is another step to implement the company’s large-scale investment program to revive Ukrainian rivers as transport arteries. The agricultural commodities taken from farmers will be delivered to the destination points by water, thereby removing more than 12.5 thousand trucks from the Ukrainian highways annually.
