At first, the guests visited the transshipment terminal. The excursion started with the transport registration point and the production and technological laboratory, where the youth observed grain reception and also sampling to measure product quality. They were also told about main activities of NUBULON, its structure and investment projects, in particular about construction of a new transshipment terminal in Zaporizhzhia region, as well as about revival of Ukrainian rivers as navigable waterways of Ukraine.  
“I’m impressed by the existence of such a big company in Ukraine. When we were preparing for this excursion yesterday, it seemed to me that the agrarian company is just a process of growing wheat. I did not have an idea that you have such large high-tech laboratories, that you export grain to the countries from all over the world. NIBULON is great, impressive, extremely interesting and large-scale”, said Vira Kuzka, a student of ULA.
Director of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard Dmytro Gorbenko held an excursion for the students at the shipyard. The students saw all main stages of vessels construction, from cutting parts and up to final preparations for launching. The guests also saw the company’s fleet, in particular Bashtanskyi tug and NIBULON 101 tug, as well as the recently launched NIBULON-8 tug of the POSS-115 project.
“To tell the truth, I am shocked by the information that we have been able to get today and by the capacities that we have seen today. It is a day of real discoveries for us, as I have never delved in agriculture and shipbuilding. Equipment in the laboratory, devices in the production workshops testify to the company’s big plans, significant financial turnover and huge human resources. I was impressed by the fact that you have such a large export geography. For our students, it is a unique example of an incredible story of success. And it is important that this example is here in Mykolaiv region. It is also striking that you are not afraid of expanding your horizons, so that the agrarian company has become a shipbuilding company as well. You construct modern vessels, build elevator complexes all over Ukraine, and develop river transport. It’s just a cosmic scaling, and it’s here – in Ukraine. Having arrived in Mykolaiv, we settled in Korabelnyi district, but only NIBULON showed us that Mykolaiv is a shipbuilding city”, shared her opinion Kateryna Hanus, deputy manager of ULA.
During the excursion, students were asking the company’s specialists a lot of questions; they were delighted to share their impressions. At the end of the meeting, thanking for an informative visit, the guests assured that the meeting would be remembered for a long time. And Kseniia Timofieieva, a mentor of ULA, summed up,
“I think that NIBULON is a cool example of successful and socially active company for all other Ukrainian companies. You have proved that it is possible to build an effective enterprise under any circumstances, if there is a strong desire to create for Ukrainians, developing the country’s economy. It is very pleasant that in Ukraine there is a company that managed to build a perfect corporate culture, a company that cares about its employees so much (green areas, recreation centers, bicycle parking)… And it is an inspiring example!”
