The visits of teachers have already become a tradition. As always, every guest was impressed. The excursion started with NIBULON’s shipyard, where the guests visited new production workshops and saw the difficult process of vessel construction. The guests were very impressed by the fact that the shipyard is constructing five vessels of two large projects at a time, namely 4 POSS-115 project tugs and one high-capacity self-propelled P-140 project vessel.  Everyone was surprised by the fact how the former neglected shipyard turned into such a modern European facility with imported equipment from leading manufacturers of the world.
“It is nice to see that not only the natural advantages of the country in the world market, but also knowledge and the intellectual capacities of Ukrainian specialists are used for the development of such an important engineering industry as shipbuilding. Everything was started with Mykolaiv Admiralty shipyards, and the city was proud of its shipbuilding. The fact that NIBULON develops this part of the city’s renowned tradition speaks well for its interest in the development of Mykolaiv and the entire region”, said Ivan Savchuk, a senior researcher at the Institute of Geography of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
At the company’s transshipment terminal, the teachers familiarized themselves with the production and technological laboratory equipped (according to the highest world standards) with laboratory and research equipment to measure quality and to perform scientific researches on grain and products of its processing. The laboratory is unique in Ukraine. 
The guests were very impressed by the organization of the production process, where all the stages (from grain receipt to shipment of export batches) are well-organized. The teachers also noted professionalism of the company’s employees.
“Since NIBULON is primarily an export company, considerable attention is paid to the laboratories and high-tech equipment. What we have seen is about the company’s serious responsibility for product quality. This is also evidenced by the specialists on quality control, classification, storage of grain for further export.  Today we have seen that the company is very hospitable to teachers and especially teachers from rural areas. It is valuable experience, because teachers have a unique opportunity to learn something about NIBULON not from the Internet, but from their personal impressions”, said Ivan Savchuk.
The guests also noted exemplary cleanliness and numerous green areas at the facilities,
“It is nice that the management of the company first of all takes care of its employees. Everything is green in the territory; flowers are everywhere, although it is not summer.  You do everything to keep employees happy at the shipyard and the transshipment terminal”, noted Tetiana Tishchenko, a teacher.
The guests thanked the company’s employees for the interesting excursion and stressed that they had had a unique opportunity to see the work of the company, due to which industrial development in the country is taking place. And Olena Chaika, a teacher, emphasized,
“Thank you for proving that everything is not as sad as people say, that we have prospects and the future. Now we have what to tell the children at lessons. NIBULON is interested in the development of Mykolaiv and the entire Ukraine”.
