NIBULON became the first among agrarian companies in the Rating of transparency and consistency in the field of CSR-2012 according to GVardiya magazine. Like previous year, NIBULON entered the top ten by the level of transparency and activity in the field of CSR having gained 73.98 points. The company improved its last year’s result and took the next stage in the industry-wide rating. The rating was made on the basis of analysis of questionnaires, social reports of the companies and also independent experts’ assessments – the expert council members. The expert council includes experts who work in the field of CSR: public organizations, core business associations, scientific institutes and state institutions. The companies are evaluated according to the following characteristics, namely social reporting, transparency and cooperation with the community, staff development, labour and health protection, protection of the environment and resource supply, support of honest business practices and ethical conduct, improvement of product and relations with consumers, community development, charity and sponsorship. NIBULON’s strategy as a social responsible company is based on implementation of complex systematic programs. The company’s style of work is stage by stage and purposeful implementation of its own initiatives as to its employees, environmental preservation, charitable activities and cooperation with the communities.
