The Randstad Employer Brand Research, a global survey of employer attractiveness, is organized annually. In 2020, more than 185,000 respondents have participated in the project, assessing more than 6,000 companies from 33 countries.  Ukraine’s 150 largest employers from the main list, comprising 75 Ukrainian and 75 international companies, were assessed by 7,861 respondents. They are Ukrainians of different age groups, education levels, geographical representation, both employed and unemployed persons.According to the research results, NIBULON has become one of the most attractive employers of all the Ukrainian agricultural companies. The company received the highest score for social responsibility, interesting work, friendly working atmosphere, deserved wages, social package, paying capacity, reputation, job security, career growth, the use of modern technologies, and others. Since NIBULON commenced its operations, it has been repeatedly recognized as the best employer. Thus, in 2019, the company won five awards at different levels. In addition to the recognition by the international research, NIBULON won the local “Best Mykolaiv Entrepreneur of the Year” award under the respective category and three awards in the “Best Employer of the Year” competition which is annually held by the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Center together with the Regional State Administration. This award represents fair recognition of NIBULON’s achievements and success. The company is currently constructing its new facility in Dnipropetrovsk region. Its shipyard is building a high-capacity fleet which numbers 78 vessels.
