“NIBULON” called on journalists and other media representatives to refrain from using methods of dirty libel and cynical lies in their professional activity, because it undermines and negates the high credibility of the whole fourth estate, as well as causing irreparable shot to the establishment and strengthening of Ukrainian statehood, development of democratic society and the economy as a whole. “Highly professional activity of journalists who are usually critical to activities of the authorities, any large-scale projects or programs, have some doubts about them, look for hidden, non-public facts and accents, trying to provide a complete picture is of highest importance for the formation of our young civil society. However, if journalism is used in black PR to spread slanderous, false information for disguise and, especially raiders attacks and other illegal activities – this is unacceptable, unnatural, abhorrent to the nature and basis of such an important and socially significant journalistic activity. Moreover, in the present context, thelibel of frothy speakers is a blow to the establishment, strengthening and steady development of the statehood of Ukraine”- the information department of “NIBULON” says in its statement. The company made this statement in connection with the recent emergence of slanderous and libelous publications to the address of “NIBULON” on a number of websites. The company stressed that the emergence of such publications is a consequence of a well-planned informational attack on the enterprise to discredit a high reputation of “NIBULON” as a highly effective and prudent owner, socially oriented business, as well as the trustworthiness of a reliable partner for international and domestic financial creditors, in the eyes of the country’s leadership and the general public. Thus the company’s partners are the World Bank, the EBRD, the Danish Export Credit Fund, the Dutch export credit agency “Atradius”, as well as large domestic and foreign banks – Ukreximbank, Index-Bank, BNP Paribas (France), Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (Switzerland) Natixis (France), ING ( the Netherlands), BCP (Switzerland), Rabobank (the Netherlands). “NIBULON” is always open and transparent in its activities to the media, it is ready to answer and comment everything within our competence. Therefore, special resentment and misunderstanding are caused by the fact that the authors of publications, tarnish the image of “NIBULON” and its leader, the Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, did not contact the company for comments or replies to their questions, and even more so – they did not provide the second point of view in their publications. Let us remind you that this approach runs counter to all fundamental principles and standards of journalism”. In this regard, the information department states:  “NIBULON” does not intend and will not refute fiction, lie or slander that is spread by certain websites all the time. We know the sponsors of these publications and are keenly aware that these violators under the guise of such articles, as well as addresses to different institutions want to escape responsibility for illegal, anti-market and anti-state activities they have already committed. These people support the corrupt connections and act destructively towards Ukraine and the whole Ukrainian nation.” As it is noted in the statement, some influential people, who can not put up with a successful, efficient and, the most important, fully transparent and legitimate business of our company, in their informational attack at “NIBULON” use all black PR-tools and provocations. Unfortunately, these “projects” involve journalists and media, which by their nature have to provide truthful information. At the time of dissemination of completely false, slanderous information in the Internet, such as “Oleksiy Vadaturskyy as a mirror of the era” publication, a compellation of non-existent associations with groundless accusations against “NIBULON” and other unwanted grain market participants is sent to the authorities. Also the practice of “cloning” of well-known relevant organizations is used. An example of this is the compellation to the country’s leadership and all 450 people’s deputies of Ukraine from “Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation” and “Alliance of Agrarians of Ukraine”. It is noteworthy that these non-existent organizations use slanderous and false articles published online in their backbitings and libels. It is obvious that they have one sponsor. Thus, pseudo defenders of farmers use well-deserved prestige of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation that for many years has been effectively representing and defending the interests of members of Ukrainian agrarian market. In this regard, the information department of the company stressed: “NIBULON” and its General Director, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy in their work have always strictly stuck to the letter of the law. That was confirmed by the repeated testing of controlling bodies, which were initiated by truth “defenders” at different times, as well as the initiators of the current dirty informational campaign. There is nothing to worry about to the company and its General Director, we are responsible for all our actions. This is a direct response to all those detractors who trench on our company, and can not accept the fact that a successful multi-thousand team of “NIBULON” builds large statist plans and projects, and effectively implements them.” “NIBULON” invites all journalists who are interested in the company’s activities, especially those who anonymously wrote dirty slanderous articles, to visit any branch of the company, to acquaint  with its work, to communicate with its staff, as well as residents of nearby settlements. All conceivable and inconceivable innuendos will disappear immediately. Also it will become increasingly clear how difficult and what obstacles should be overcome in order to invest in system projects in Ukraine. You will understand how significant is the situation in Ukraine in the context of investment attractiveness for foreign business by the example of “NIBULON”.
