NIBULON is not only a leader of Ukrainian agricultural market but also a leading Ukrainian investor, agricultural producer, and exporter. The company has achieved success in several sectors of economy, namely agriculture and building, transport and machine engineering, shipbuilding and navigation, etc. The company has invested USD 1.65 billion in the Ukrainian economy during 25 years of its business activity. All these years we have been overcoming all the obstacles and economic problems together with our country, we have been working for the sake of our country.
The Revolution of Dignity became an important milestone in the history of Ukraine. Our company welcomed these democratic social and political changes; the gradual movement of the legal framework towards civilized democratic standards, as well as change of methods of work with public authorities, their desire for transparency, openness, and readiness for cooperation and dialogue with business, became the next stage of these changes.
Given the fact that NIBULON is a member of many national and international associations and core organizations, there appeared a need to create the company’s office in Kyiv. This office will interact with public authorities, core organizations and will take part in relevant activities. Constant business trips of highly qualified specialists of the headquarters in Mykolaiv are impossible because of significant increase in number of events and meetings to which representatives of our company are being invited as experts or representatives. Given this fact, NIBULON’s management made a decision to open its office in Kyiv. On February 1, 2017, Volodymyr Klymenko was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Interaction with Public Authorities.
Volodymyr Klymenko has years of experience in agriculture. He is a distinguished worker of agriculture of Ukraine. Since 2002 he worked as an advisor to the Vice-Prime Ministers of agriculture in seven governments, as well as an advisor to the Secretary of the Council of National Security and Defense on a voluntary basis. He is also a member of Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, expert of EBRD and FAO; he participated in number of government delegations of Ukraine. Being President of Ukrainian Grain Association, Volodymyr Klymenko made a great contribution to the development of agriculture in Ukraine. There was made a huge contribution to the development of civilized competitive grain market in Ukraine in cooperation with our company, which is one of the founders and the most active member of Ukrainian Grain Association.
