NIBULON has been working in the Ukrainian agricultural sector for more than 23 years, having gained a good reputation far beyond Ukraine. During these years, the employees’ interests are of great value for the company. NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy aims to assist people in difficult situations, support and to protect them. NIBULON’s assistance to schools, kindergartens and rural medical institutions at locations of the company’s operation are far from a complete list of events aimed at assisting landlords and their families in this difficult time.
Recently, the villagers (Vradiyivka, Domanivka and Voznesensk districts) at locations of NIBULON’s operation have had an opportunity to undergo a medical examination directly in their villages. Initiated by NIBULON, the brigades consisting of 6 doctors (cardiologist, gynecologic oncologist, ophthalmologist, pediatrician, sonographer and neurologist) with a mobile photofluorograph arrived to Dobrozhanivka, Krasnopillya and Adamivka villages (Vradiyivka district); Frunze, Lidiyivka and Kozubivka villages (Domanivka district) as well as Martynivka and Prybuzhany villages (Voznesensk district). The brigades included medical specialists from the regional children’s hospital, oncologic dispensary, tuberculosis dispensary, regional ophthalmology hospital and others. NIBULON’s landlords, their families as well as other villagers had an opportunity to undergo a medical examination and receive a high-quality consultation. People were pleasantly impressed, as none of land tenants have ever organized such medical examinations. 
Iryna Maslova together with her daughter Sofiya from Dobrozhanivka village consulted a pediatrician and ophthalmologist.
“It is great that NIBULON organized the medical examination for us”, says Iryna. “We do not need to go somewhere else. Besides, there are no ophthalmologists in our district hospital; thus, we have to go to Mykolayiv or other district. And it is not very convenient having a small baby. I thank for this opportunity given to us.
R.P. Kozhuhar, a former livestock expert, wanted to see a cardiologist,
“I often need medical assistance”, he tells. “It is the first time such medical specialists come to our village. In addition, all medical examinations are free. Many villagers highly appreciate this. Our pensions are small, and prices are high at present. People from other villages also come to consult the doctors”.
“I thank Oleksiy Vadaturskyy”, joins the conversation A.G. Kravchenko, a pensioner, “He understands villagers. I personally do not have land, but my children leased land to NIBULON – almost 20 hectares. And they are not sorry for it. I like the way he cares about us. We remember meeting with him. It was pleasant to listen to an intelligent person. We would be glad to meet you in our village, dear Oleksiy Vadaturskyy”.
Within three days, 316 persons had an X-ray examination, 114 persons – an ultrasound scanning; 55 persons were examined by a pediatrician, 108 persons – by a cardiologist, 32 persons – by a neurologist, 141 persons – by a ophthalmologist and 27 persons – by a gynecologic oncologist.

The villagers from Frunze were the first to undergo medical examination and diagnostics in Domanivka district. Like in Vradiyivka district, there were a lot of people. The ophthalmologist examined the largest number of people (74 persons), as Domanivka district hospital does not have such a specialist. Thus, people said, “It’s great that doctors come to our village. We were prescribed spectacles and necessary medicine. We wish they would examine us more often”.
“I personally want to see a cardiologist”, shares A.A. Korinchuk. “Recently, I have had a microinfarction; thus, the consultation will do no harm. We thank NIBULON and doctors for providing us with an opportunity to undergo this medical examination.
“Although I do not have a land share at NIBULON, I have undergone medical examination”, tells Valentyna Laba. “I also want to consult an ophthalmologist and sonographer, as my pancreas often aches. I sincerely thank the organizers. A lot of people who want to consult the doctors today have no opportunity to be examined in the district or regional hospitals. Firstly, we need additional money, and, secondly, old age prevents people from going somewhere.
It should be noted that the village council and medical specialists from the district hospital also assisted in organizing medical examinations.
In Lidiyivka village, where a lot of people wanted to be examined by highly qualified medical specialists, people mostly consulted an ophthalmologist, cardiologist, gynecologist and sonographer. People asked to organize repeated medical examinations if it is possible.
NIBULON has done a lot of good things for Kozubivka school, where the medical examination was held. The company provided financial assistance to change windows and to repair classrooms. NIBULON provided fuel to take pupils to different contests and other events.
T.O. Osadcha, a pediatrician, examined almost 30 children, including babies under 1 year old. A lot of baby carriages in the schoolyard proved it. It should be noted that the pediatrician advised five children to consult I.V. Stryga, a cardiologist. That day 86 persons (not only from Kozubivka village but also from Goryanka and Novokantakuzivka villages) had an X-ray examination, 36 persons consulted an ophthalmologist, 27 persons were examined by a pediatrician, 47 persons – by a cardiologist, 30 persons – by a neurologist, 33 persons – by a gynecologic oncologist and 39 persons – by a sonographer.
The villagers gave high praise. People thank NIBULON for concerning about them. They want other land tenants to organize such medical examinations. They heartily thanked Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and the doctors.

The doctors examined patients in Martynivka outpatients’ department (Voznesensk district). 79 persons had an X-ray examination, 8 children consulted a pediatrician, 49 persons were examined by an ophthalmologist, 45 persons – by a cardiologist, 41 persons – by a neurologist, 53 persons – by a gynecologist and 51 – by a sonographer. Most people from Martynivka village who underwent the medical examination are not the shareholders of “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch. These people are mainly former military men and their families. None of persons were refused. The doctors examined all the patients. Thus, people positively spoke of the medical examination and doctors.
“In due time, we addressed ourselves to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy asking to renovate our cultural club. He helped us. Thus, the medical examination is not the only assistance provided by NIBULON”, mentioned O.M. Gomanuho, a local community representative.
“I personally consulted an ophthalmologist, neurologist and cardiologist”, said L.V. Surzhykova, a villager. We are lack of medical specialists; thus this medical examination is extremely important. And we were examined by the highly qualified doctors free. We thank everyone who organized it for us”.
A lot of people came to the village outpatient’s department in Prybuzhany, mainly NIBULON’s landlords and the branch employees. Yulya Pogorelova and Olya Balanutsa, NIBULON’s specialists, also decided to consult the doctors,
“We do not have health problems yet. But we need to control our health from time to time; thus we want to see doctors”.
O.I. Bartashuk, a landlord, considers such medical examinations to be extremely important. He has chest pain and decided to consult a cardiologist.
O.I. Chernyatevych says,
“I was engaged in the food service sector the whole life, and my husband has a land share cultivated by “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch. I have a number of diseases, namely hypertension and diabetes. I feel not very well. And we have such a wonderful opportunity to consult the doctors free.

In total, according to the results of eight medical brigades, they examined and consulted about 2 thousand people. People are happy and thank NIBULON for organizing medical examinations.
