Since early July, Ukraine has been conducting a land tax payment campaign for land plot owners, shareholdings, and individual land users.
Tax notices with detailed calculations have already been received by the starostas of the communities where our company’s land branches operate.
However, land share owners who have lease agreements with NIBULON can be confident that the company has already paid all required taxes for the leased shares. This, combined with the minimum land tax liability, totals over UAH 16 million annually. These funds are returned to local community budgets to support social services and community initiatives.

The land share owner campaign in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions is ongoing.
