Having cleaned and primed the half hulls, the shipbuilders joined the forebody and afterbody of the vessel. The specialists have already installed diesel-generators in the auxiliary machinery room. They are currently mounting tanks, pipelines, bottom and aboard fittings. They continue forming the vessel’s hull.
The second harbor Т410 project tug for pushing and docking operations (order 10034)
The shipbuilders installed the vessel’s forebody half hull at the building berth. The specialists of the assembly and welding workshop finish producing the forebody half hull, and then two parts will be joined.
The first non-self-propelled B1500 project open type vessel (order 10035)
The shipbuilders formed the strength hull. They successfully conducted a leakproof test of the completed compartments. The specialists continue painting the outer hull. At the same time the shipbuilders are mounting deck machinery, in particular a capstan and a windlass. The specialists are preparing to launch the vessel.
The second non-self-propelled B1500 project open type vessel (order 10036)
The first sections are on the building berth, where the shipbuilders are assembling the strength hull. The shipbuilders finish producing sections for the order in the assembly and section workshop.
The third non-self-propelled B1500 open type vessel (order 10037)
In the metal processing workshop the specialists continue cutting and bending metal to produce the hull’s parts. The workers are actively producing sections.
Currently, the shipbuilders are carrying out planned maintenance of NIBULON’s three self-propelled vessels.
