The builders took 100 days to build this high-tech modern terminal of NIBULON. The specialists did a lot of work, namely:
rammed about 3,5 thousand piles;
produced and mounted about 2 thousand tons of metalware;
poured more than 12,100 м3 of concrete and 15,706 м2 of concrete surfacing;
laid more than 5 km of water supply system and sewage system, more than 6 km of gas supply system, about 150 km of power supply system, automation and alarm system;
installed more than 2 thousand м2 of ventilation and aspiration systems;
installed 14 silos with a total weight of 823.2 tons.
In total, about 1,500 people from 75 contracting organizations, including suppliers of equipment manufactured abroad, were involved in the construction process of such a high-capacity facility. The lion’s share of work was done by organizations from Kherson region.
The newly built terminal in Kherson region is equipped with the latest equipment of the leading companies of the world, in particular the ones from Spain (SYMAGA S.A.), Great Britain (TELESTACK Ltd.), Switzerland (BUHLER GmBh), the USA (Mathews Company), Lithuania (UAB Liucija), Denmark (Cimbria Unigrain A/S, FOSS ANALYTICAL AB), Germany (PFEUFFER GmbH), the Netherlands (Precia S.A.), and others.
We would remind you that the transshipment terminal of “Holoprystans’ka” branch for grain and oilseeds is built using money allocated by the European Investment Bank. The loan totaling USD 74 million allocated by the EIB will enable NIBULON to create an investment package totaling USD 200 million. The money is directed to finance NIBULON’s investment project. As part of the project, in June 2017, NIBULON finished the construction of the transshipment terminal along the Dnipro River in Zaporizhzhia region; it was solemnly opened with the participation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman on June 15.
