“Snigurivs’ka” branch (on the basis of mechanized unit) was created one of the first in Mykolayiv region in 1995. Against the background of the newly-built branches it looks like an old-timer where all production processes are organized and there are answers to all questions. Probably, this impression is intensified by energetic and responsible Volodymyr Berdyk who held the position of director in October 2012. “Before being appointed to the post of director of “Snigurivs’ka” branch, I worked as a chief agronomist of “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch”, tells Volodymyr Berdyk, “I worked my way up from specialist to manager having received priceless work experience. While working here I have the opportunity to do my work which brings me not only satisfaction, but also stable income. NIBULON ensures improvement at the professional level. High crop yield indices and quality of crops are put in the forefront. In particular, according to the results of harvesting of early grain crops in 2013, our branch has taken second place among companies of Snigurivka district”. At present the branch tills 4836 ha of land. It is engaged in cultivating grain and oil crops. They are wheat, barley, sunflower, and corn. The fields are located in the area of risk farming; consequently, winter crops and sorghum are staked on. “The most pleasant thing for me is to see multidigit numbers that indicate income, as well as to observe grain near storages and a threshing floor. As this is a result of successful work”, tells Galyna Figlyar, a chief accountant, “In general, everybody is pleased to realize that our work is appreciated”. “It is interesting to work with people. It is pleasant when the employees work with pleasure, when together we receive crop yield and get income. Success of the branch is also depends on qualitative management. All our efforts are directed to protection of NIBULON’s interests and the interests of people who work there, ensuring of well-coordinated work of all subdivisions of the production process. The most important achievement for me is experience obtained in NIBULON”, mentions Oleksandr Pyrozhenko, a chief agronomist. Tetyana Shepel, a personnel inspector, tells, “Success of our branch is its team that numbers above 100 workers. All the people are different but they are united by diligence, discipline, devotion to work, ability to solve issues quickly. By the way, our team can not only work with diligence, but also rest. We regularly celebrate birthdays, occupational holidays, organize trips to the seaside, picnics. It is very hard to distinguish someone, as each employee is personality and makes valuable contribution to the work of the whole branch”. Grygoriy Lakis, an engineer, notes, “Solution of any question connected with production process must be collective. At the meetings the team receives tasks and terms of their completion. In case of any problems, everything is solved quickly and collectively. General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy is our inspirer. He is a person who devotes to his work; he runs the company reasonably, and he creates conditions for people’s improvement”. Particular attention should be paid to the production base of the branch which has up-to-date equipment. In its territory there are located a large mechanized yard, a motor-garage, a threshing floor, a modern laboratory to determine grain quality, a station of combustible and lubrication materials, repair and machine workshops and those infrastructure which maintains the abovementioned subdivisions”, mentions Oleg Veselovskyy, a mechanical engineer. “I was attracted by NIBULON’s support provided to recent graduates and quick career development. Only desire to study and diligence are required from a recent graduate. I can say with confidence that thanks to NIBULON’s staff I continue my professional advancement”, says Vitaliy Petrus, deputy chief agronomist. “We moved to Shyroke village in 2000. The farm went to us together with debts of more than UAH 1 mln, and we were obliged to support social sphere. Debts were paid. There was signed an agreement with the village council for lease of social facilities for a period of 49 years. The village club, dining room, and water supply system are supported at the expense of NIBULON”, tells Oleksandr Basanchuk, deputy director, “The company also supports local school and kindergarten, allocates funds to perform repair work, transportation of children and teachers, organization of catering, repair of school premises, etc. Besides, there is performed financial assistance in organization of village holidays; there are allocated funds for solution of urgent village issues, repair of road.
