NIBULON’s Branches are at the Level of Modern Requirements

Meeting conducted on NIBULON’s 23rd anniversary incited deep analysis of the company’s activity, in particular, regional divisions.
NIBULON General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy stressed that NIBULON’s team had successfully performed all the tasks set in complicated economic situation.
“I can say NIBULON is on the right way”, stressed Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. “International financial institutions are satisfied with our results being better than previous year. Besides improving production indices, NIBULON’s management system is being improved, and our specialists are improving their professional skills.
NIBULON’s manager stressed, “This marketing year’s results are optimistic; positive dynamics denotes good prospect, thus, meaning two years of stable work and confidence of all our partners.
“Today, we are at a new stage of NIBULON’s development”, noted Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. “Thus, it is time to activate NIBULON’s investment program implementation which schedule time was corrected by domestic and world economic situation. At present, disassembling is being continued at the export transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city, where additional capacities to store 76 thousand tons of grain will be constructed. Construction works in Bilenke village of Zaporizhzhya region have been started; the river transshipment terminal must be put into operation in summer 2015. In the near future, an elevator in Khmilnyk town of Vinnytsya region will be constructed, and construction of modern facilities in Staiky village (Kyiv region) and Marivka village (Dnipropetrovsk region) is in perspective.
 “Despite unfavourable weather conditions this year, NIBULON’s agrarians have cultivated high yields”, said Deputy General Director of Agricultural Production Kostyantyn Khmelnytskyy. “330 thousand tons of grain crops have been cultivated, and corn production established a gross record of almost 162 thousand tons. Early grain crop capacity has increased by 5%. In general, NIBULON’s branches demonstrated the highest results in cultivating wheat, corn and rapeseed (the latter showed maximal crop capacity of 34 dt/ha)”.
Gross yield of late grain crops is being increased two years running. Dry weather conditions in the southern region did not even influenced the result; risk diversification on different climatic zones has traditionally helped. Speaking about the leaders, “Pryseymivs’ka” branch (Summy region) got the highest yield of corn and sunflower; “Kupyans’ka” branch (Kharkiv region) demonstrated the best sorghum yield.
Agricultural campaign completion is a conditional notion; work is being continued. Nearly 200 tons of elite seed were purchased for future yields. And this is a serious counteraction against all climatic whims and an important basis for future yields.
Head of economic analysis and planning department Yevgen Didyk informed that income figures and production branches efficiency had been increased. By yield results of 2014, winter wheat, sunflower and corn, occupying the main part of NIBULON’s sown areas, brought a profit to the company. Continued persistent work to reduce product net cost is among priorities.
Efficient work is appreciated by the company; financial stimulation system proving its efficiency for several years is functioning. Wage is increased at the branches constantly. According to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, wage increase must be based on constant improvement of economic mechanism in the regions, labour efficiency increase, complex measures directed to expenses optimization and production efficiency increase. These are modern economy requirements.
NIBULON’s animal husbandry sector is an example of efficient practice. This year, procurement facilities have received by 667 tons of milk more than in 2013. Milk yield per head was increased by 618 liters. Livestock breeders succeeded in meat production; 986 tons of live weight were sold; consequently, product selling receipts were increased.
During the meeting, the branch directors discussed a lot of other issues connected with NIBULON’s production and economic activity. In particular, it was talked about the reserves to increase product quality, to improve cooperation with lessors in modern conditions. Personnel policy issues and other aspects of NIBULON’s activities were discussed.
Traditionally, by working results, the best regional branches were awarded Honorary Diploma and cash bonus. In Mykolayiv region, “RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch (director – D.N. Sheyko) demonstrated the best figures. “Prybuzhanivs’ka” (director – O.Ya. Tricheva) and “Vradiyivs’ka” branches (director – D.O. Pasechnyuk) took second and third places respectively. Western region leaders are “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” (director – S.V. Bogachyk), “Bystryts’ka” (director I.V. Soroka), “Mriya” branches (director – A.V. Kuchmar). “Pryseymivs’ka” branch (director – O.V. Sergienko) demonstrated the best results in the central region. “Chygyryn” branch (director O.S. Trypuz) and “Suhorabivs’ka” branch (director O.B. Buryan) are among leaders. “Novopskovs’ka” branch (director – M.I. Glukhovskyy) showed the best figures among the eastern region branches; “Bilovods’ka” (director M.O. Limanov) and “Starobils’ka” branches (director M. I. Yunyk) took second and third places respectively.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
