Traditionally, NIBULON’s staff will meet the beginning of 2013 with high achievements. NIBULON’s specialists were recognized as the best in different sectors both at the state, regional and district levels. The fact that NIBULON is a team of professionals is known not only in Ukraine. The company is doomed to be a driving force of Ukraine’s economy. At present NIBULON constructs elevators, revives Ukrainian fleet, develops Ukrainian agriculture, helps Ukrainian villages. Recognition and support of NIBULON in many different regions of Ukraine testify that NIBULON’s achievements as well as its every worker achievements are of great value for the whole Ukraine. The company’s peculiar pride is recognition of its achievements at the state level. This year a lot of NIBULON’s achievements have been concentrated in the building sector. Sergiy Besedin, NIBULON’s deputy general director for construction, and Bogdan Klym, deputy head of the capital construction department, were awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with an honorary badge and the Gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine signed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov. The specialists were rewarded for a significant contribution to construction of the transport infrastructure facilities to process grain cargoes, for long-term honest labour, high professionalism and active civil position. Segriy Besedin was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Head of the Regional State Administration and Galyna Volkova, head of the capital construction department, received the Honorary Diploma of Beryslav Regional State Administration for high labour achievements as to construction completion of the transhipment terminal of “Kozats’ka” branch. NIBULON also takes the leading positions in the agriculture. NIBULON’s Deputy General Director Oleksandr Gayday was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for high achievements in agricultural production, honest labour, high professionalism, and significant contribution to increase of agro-industrial production efficiency according to the results of 2012. According to the results of late grain crop harvesting, prize-winning places were taken by 18 NIBULON’s branches in Mykolayiv, Zhytomyr, Khmel’nyts’kyy, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Vinnytsya, and Poltava regions. In most regions such high results did not remain unnoticed. Therefore, the best NIBULON’s specialists got the Diplomas of Zhytomyr, Khmel’nyts’kyy, Poltava Regional Councils and the Diplomas of Zhytomyr, Khmel’nyts’kyy and Lugans’k Regional State Administrations. Director of “Pivdennyy Bug” branch Oleksandr Kobchenko became a laureate of the contest “Young Person of the Year” in the nomination “Young worker of the year in the agro-industrial sector” in Vinnytsya region. Consequently, successes of NIBULON’s branches were highly appreciated at the regional level almost in all regions where NIBULON works. Besides, among other achievements of the company’s branches there are the Diplomas of Kamyanets’-Podil’s’k District State Administration, District Council and Labour Union of agro-industrial complex (Khmel’nyts’kyy region); the Diplomas of Chudnivs’ka District State Administration and District Council (Zhytomyr region). The company is proud of achievements made by its staff and separate persons, though, any award either a state one or regional and district Diplomas is not the goal of NIBULON’s activity. We work for the sake of a worthy result, namely crop yield increase, infrastructure development, revival of Ukrainian navigation. Recognition of our company by the state, regional and local authorities is an evidence of support, readiness for dialogue and cooperation of the authorities of these regions and is the green light for investment activity of our company.
