Its goal is to analyze the market and to demonstrate the legal services status at the present stage. As the organizers themselves point out, this year’s survey covered the whole market. One of the categories was the rating of successful corporate lawyers. The reputation component was provided by votes of colleagues from the market (representatives of the legal business). A representative of our company, Andriy Vasylyev, NIBULON’s Deputy General Director, also entered the top 10.
Andriy Vasylyev has legal and economic education. NIBULON provided him with the opportunity for self-realization both as a specialist in accounting and audit and a specialist in legal issues. He has been working for the company for 18 years. He built his career step by step working as an accountant in central office, then as a director of RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch, then he headed the department of planning and economic analysis. Andriy Vasylyev has been in charge of economic and legal issues of the company for ten years. He thinks that high level of responsibility and self-organization is a guarantee of professional advancement, self-improvement, high authority of a lawyer in the eyes of an employer, a principal or a client, “An experienced lawyer, as a rule, acts in the name and for the benefit of other people. For example, a corporate lawyer acts in the name of a company, where he works; an attorney  – for the benefit of a principal; a lawyer of a law firm  – for the benefit of a client of such a company, etc. In other words, the fortunes of people and companies, as a rule, depend on accurate and timely actions of a lawyer”.
