“Comparing two objects, it should be noted that all construction works and territory improvement will have been completed by June 10”, noted Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. “All the technical and transport equipment will have been installed and hooked up by this time.  On June 10-15, the specialists will perform pre-commissioning and experimental run of the newly built terminals. 
Thus, solemn putting of the transshipment terminals into operation will be held on June 15 at “Khortytsia” branch (Zaporizhzhia) and on June 20-22 at “Holoprystans’ka” branch (Kherson region) with the participation of high-ranking officials,  heads of the regions, local authorities, construction  organizations, equipment suppliers, and representatives of the international financial institutions”, said NIBULON’s General Director.
In general, we have spent about USD 35 million for two terminals. There is a small amount of money to spend and, therefore, a small amount of work to do. Thus, NIBULON’s new branches will be harvesting this year from the beginning of the harvesting campaign. 
As of today, an administrative and laboratory building, a weighing complex, a canteen, production workshops and a fire tank of “Holoprystans’ka” branch are ready for operation. In addition, the workers have constructed more than 10% of access roads at the construction site.
Regarding the installation of silos, silos in Bilenke village (Zaporizhzhia region) will be installed a week earlier than in Hola Prystan, as Symaga metalware (Spain) was delivered to the construction site in Kherson with a delay due to delay of one of the containers in the port of shipment.

Unfortunately, there are companies that do not keep up with the planned schedule: Artil-Bud Ltd. (“Holoprystans’ka” branch), Transpromlis PC, Poseidon Ltd., Grain Capital–Engineering Ltd. There is a constructive dialogue between us and the contractors; we also help them to complete work in time”.
“The fact that both Head of Kherson Regional State Administration and Head of Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, helping us, are forced to address the issues of regional power distribution company and regional gas distribution company within their competence and legislation is a negative aspect”, said Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. “We feel inability of these companies to cooperate in order to implement our investment projects. Although, there are many examples of successful cooperation with similar companies in other regions; we are very grateful to them for this and hold them up as an example to the companies from Kherson and Zaporizhzhia”.
To solve this problem as soon as possible and to complete the work in time, we decided to work directly with contractors who can help us to hook the equipment up to power supply and gas supply systems.

His support and interest in successful project implementation are immediately felt”.

In particular, we are improving the local football pitch with the help of natural green covering and irrigation system. I think that it will be an unexpected but pleasant surprise for the community. In addition to the fact that we have built a complex of treatment facilities for Bilenke villagers and put it into operation, we will equip a computer classroom in local school, improve the park territory on the bank of Dnipro River, install street lighting and repair pavement in the village”, shared the good news NIBULON’s Manager.
