In order to apply intensive agricultural production technologies, which is one of the factors for NIBULON to maintain its leadership in agrarian market not only in Ukraine but also in the Black Sea region, NIBULON’s production branches contain machinery and tractor stations (MTS). The machinery and tractor stations are supplied with all necessary modern agricultural machinery both of national and foreign manufacturers, as well as with cars and trucks.
The company’s agricultural machinery fleet numbers about 3,000 units. NIBULON’s branches are preparing the machinery for a new agrarian season. NIBULON’s machine operators have already prepared all light tractors.  The tractor-drawn implements, namely cultivators and grain seeders have also been repaired and are ready for operation. The maintenance of row crop planters will be finished in a week. They will start operating in May.
Given the fact that most of the company’s heavy tractors operated in winter, the specialists started repairing them at the end of February. However, the preparation of equipment at all branches is being performed according to schedule. Everything will be ready till the height of field works.
The usage of modern methods and materials when maintaining agricultural machinery allows the company to extend motor resource thereof, despite its intensive usage. Due to the close cooperation with the foreign agricultural machinery manufacturers, the company improved agricultural machinery design and machinery performance in real soil and climatic conditions.
We would remind you that at the beginning of the year at the beginning of the year NIBULON has announced its plans to invest USD 6 million in agricultural machinery modernization. On March 29, the company presented seven new Fendt 1038 VARIO tractors and eight out of twenty-two Belarusian MTZ 952.3 tractors at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal. NIBULON purchased Fendt machinery under the foreign economic contract signed with the German company AGCO International GmbH. MTZ 952.3 tractors have been staffed individually for the needs of our company, which makes it possible to use the tractors more efficiently in spring sowing and winter crops sowing. 
In addition, NIBULON purchased six Tiger-Mate II cultivators, three Kinze 3000 seeding machines, and Lemken Rubin 6 disc harrow.  At the same time, the agreements for the delivery of five Case IH Axial Flow 6140 combine harvesters (two out of five combine harvesters with four headers) and five John Deere S760 combine harvesters are being performed. The main advantages of the new agricultural machinery are: high capacity, minimum fuel consumption at maximum capacity and, of course, the best conditions for the work of operators.
